gmgm everyone thank you all so much for being here at the first Mir Foundation town hall following Miron 2023 uh for those of you that were there live and in person you know it was it was pretty amazing I hope you had a chance to rest and recover um and for those of you that weren't there uh I sincerely hope that you were able to tune in Via live stream um it was probably the most value driven unon we've had to date uh some of the most impactful announcement to come out of

  2. 0:31

you know near happened um at this year's nearon and for today's Town Hall we've organized a a very exciting agenda for us all today um so without further Ado I will go ahead and hand it over to Jack we'll go uh in with an intro and we'll KCK things off thank you Marcus hello everyone lovely to see you all um special welcome to anyone who's tuning in for the first time uh this is obviously our fortnightly time Town Hall it's where we update the community and the wi ecosystem on any hot topics that are

  3. 1:02

going on across the near ecosystem any bits of news any highlights from some of the amazing projects that we've got um and it's really it's it's your event um and so uh yeah we we run this every fortnite so big welcome if you're you're coming for the first time also want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow um for those who are celebrating so as um Marcus mentioned um

  4. 1:25

we had this little thing last the other week called ncon you have heard of it it's obviously our uh Flagship conference it's the third one um that we've ran and we held it in Lisbon um we had around 2,000 of you show up um and it was absolutely iconic we uh had many ecosystem projects and community members attend and showcase all of the Fantastic work um of the projects that they that they're working on we heard from over 220 incredible speakers from the near

  5. 1:54

Community but also Beyond across a broad range of topics uh we had an amazing hackathon with hundreds of hackers um and some absolutely fantastic submissions some that you'll you'll hear about later in this town hall um and then obviously we we had good fun socializing at some of the great events and parties and meetups uh sort of around the event as also um my colleague idira will be going through um Nikon in

  6. 2:19

more detail shortly um but I just wanted to say a huge huge huge thank you to everyone who attended everyone who contributed all of our to all of our sponsors Media Partners um anyone really who helped pull this event together it's not just done by a few people it is really is a community effort to make this as iconic um as it was um you should all be really really proud um and I I do want to give a special shout out to the the foundation events team led by yudira I you know I think we've

  7. 2:49

everyone's been just done a fantastic job um and really showcased uh to everyone how strong and dedicated our community community is um and you like I said yudira and Abby will go through some of the uh stats and highlights later on um so obviously it's been four weeks since our last Town Hall so we've had ncon but you may have also seen um we've had some pretty major announcements um that have landed in the last four weeks um firstly if we click

  8. 3:19

to the next slide ddubs obviously you couldn't have missed this um the black dragon has returned uh and that is that Ilia our co-founder has returned to the near Foundation at uh CEO uh so big congratulations Ilia already making a huge impact uh secondly um we launched uh near data availability near da um that's offering ethereum developers a lowcost secure data availability layer uh really opens the door for enhanced mod modular blockchain Solutions ensuring scalability and cost

  9. 3:51

efficiency for developers in the near ecosystem and Beyond and we've had a host of uh Partners across the eth community that are already lined up to be using near da including Madara by Stark neet Caldera fluent um and movement Labs just to just to name a few um really offering an 8,000 times cheaper solution than ethereum which makes a massive uh massive um sort of impact for some of the partners that are leveraging the da um next we had uh Ilia on stage um

  10. 4:22

with polygon Labs launching ZK wasm which fuses zero knowledge proofs with web assembly for enhanced blockchain scalability and decentralization um obviously this exciting research initiative will pave the way for greater trustless interoperability across the open web um obviously including between near and the ethereum community and obviously brings near closer and more aligned to to everyone in the ethere ethereum

  11. 4:46

community which is obviously one of the key components of what we're trying to achieve with uh the blockchain operating system um we then have our igen layer partnership this partnership um which will have um basically providing fast finality for for ethereum rollups um it creates this fast finality layer which will see trans transaction time shrink from minutes as it is at the minute to around three to four seconds um and

  12. 5:11

obviously the cost of transacting on this new finality layer will be around 4,000 times cheaper than it currently is um so another great way of us sort of reaching out beyond the near ecosystem and and aligning to provide value to to anyone who's really wanting to contribute to an open web and then lastly um somewhat cryptically uh earlier live on stage uh hinted at some upcoming big news in AI obviously near

  13. 5:35

first started as a as an an AI startup um before sort of getting involved in the blockchain space um and he told us to keep our eyes peeled for some big um announcements that might be coming up in the future so I just wanted to like tease that back out um so keep your eyes peeled so obviously um all these announcements as I mentioned really reinforced near as the blockchain operating system showcasing our

  14. 5:57

modularity um the chain our chain abstraction really trying to make things simple for people all over the open web uh to build um and obviously aligning with any ecosystem out there um and obviously you can find out about um all of our announcements in more detail on our blog YouTube Twitter you know the jig so yeah nothing's really happened in the last three or four weeks okay what can we expect uh from the agenda today so obviously um I'm going to just do a

  15. 6:22

quick introduction um we going to hand over to ddubs who's going to go through our usual uh kpis as I mentioned we're going into the nearon rec cap um with yudira and abish Shack and then the neon hackathon we're going to hear from some of the um some of the winners of that hackathon and Maria is going to go into that and then we'll hand back over to near week for some key ecosystem updates next slide please D dubs okay so

  16. 6:48

um obviously as we always kick this off obviously for the benefit of anyone who's who's new on these Town Halls so um we believe uh at near we believe in the open web um and just a bit of back backstory to that so we believe the current web is broken um it can concentrates power money data and governance into the hands of the few and keeps the digital world from being a free and fair place for everyone else um and that means the majority of Founders

  17. 7:16

developers creators users um struggle and that's why big tech companies continue to grow and that's why at near we really want to create what we call an open web we believe in an open web so DB's next slide please is an open web it's an internet where people um control all of their assets data and power of governance and here at near uh we want to make um the near ecosystem the best place for Founders to build in the open web so we can really realize that Vision

  18. 7:45

um and put the power back into people's hands next slide please so thank you um handing over to uh David who's going to go through some of our kpis over to you David amazing thank you Jack and and yeah congrats to everyone for an incredible ncon it was incredible to see so many of you there a couple weeks ago so yeah going into the kpis so first uh monthly active accounts this is still our Northstar metric uh and excited to say that we have surpassed 4 million

  19. 8:18

monthly active accounts so incredible job uh to everyone building and everyone using the near involved in the near ecosystem and then zooming in a bit to daily active and comparing to some other other chains uh we now have just about 1 million daily active I think we're at around 900,000 or so active per day and compared to at least this um Pier set here we are the most active blockchain on a consistent uh basis every single

  20. 8:48

day so again amazing job to to everyone here uh one announcement we are now live on Artemis um so Artemis compiles a bunch of data across different blockchains it shows some really interesting comparison data but also allows us to dig into individual chains um and so this past week they announced that uh near now is available um on their activity monitor so we can now uh dig in more and more to the near blockchain and see what's actually going on so here's a view of of daily active

  21. 9:20

accounts uh by by category and then also they have a a trending uh section where we can compare um top apps across U multiple blockchains and super excited to see that we have two of the top three uh apps out there so incredible job Kai chain and sweat um having yeah two of the top three across uh several blockchains cool and then yeah with that um a deeper dive into all things near con your dero aome thank you David uh

  22. 9:55

let's HP over to the next slide so to give you all just a runit back picture of what the vibe was at ncon you can see here the main menu completely filled to the brim when Jordy and Ilia were on stage um the most famous Ilia onesie tracksuit hopefully you got to see some of that next slide special shout out to our three venues this was year three of ncon three seemed to be the catchy number to lean into everyone really loved the hacker space a lot of the feedback we received

  23. 10:28

this year is that everyone would like to see nearon Under One Roof so we'll definitely take that into consideration for ncon 2024 but all venues for being a distributed conference had really great engagement so thank you to everyone who was really a part of the entire ride of ncon and making an appearance whether you were speaking or sponsoring um hopefully you can look back at these pictures and be really proud next slide so digging into the highlights

  24. 10:54

what are we most proud of for this year well we had about 2,000 attendees over a 100 countries represented we had three stages really four tracks um which amounted into 220 speakers across those stages amazing sessions and if you haven't tuned into some of those sessions all of the stages are Live on YouTube so during that week we garnered over 9,000 people who tuned in definitely if you want to run it back check out some of those sessions highly encourage you to look to YouTube and also just spread the word send it out to

  25. 11:27

friends I find that the near con con cont is so great for people to have their introduction to near and just kind of figure out where they might sit within a broader ecosystem um jumping into the hackathon we had over 750 applications really fantastic our Bounty P Bounty pool was 160,000 and then when we look at NE Encon we had over 5,000 transactions within the web app and that

  26. 11:51

surmounted to 250k Encon transacted so and for those of you who might know might not know we when we we first set out the Encon strategy we really looked at it at a one:1 ratio so one Encon to one Euro so that's a lot of money definitely circulating next slide please and a bit of a echo slide here to what was just covered but really just want to call out huge thank you to our sponsors sponsors like Sal GP proximity um NDC there's so many more I could

  27. 12:22

really cover but it was really about bringing more of the experience this year showing what partners are doing behind the scenes what value they're bringing to the near ecosystem hopefully we accomplish that um side events this year the ecosystem really self-organized and the Luma calendar was so full at one point it was amazing to see so thank you again to all of our Community Partners and huge shout out to Shard dog all of

  28. 12:45

the engagement that was created on social media and at the event it was really fantastic next slide and so finally let's get into the news Jack covered a bit of it but I'm going to recap some of our biggest head headlines next slide so over 300 pieces garnered globally that's huge we had 20 plus Media Partners um top tier coverage which you can see screenshots of the headlines featured in coind The Block hacker noon um Michael Casey and Ilia recorded money reimagined on the fly at

  29. 13:18

ncon it was really fantastic and that week we had one of our bigger Prest iners super successful 20 journalists we had 20 people from the near ecosystem attend some fruitful conversations that I believe will really pay off in the future when we have more news to announce and that session I think it was what on day two or day three with Mike Butcher uh day two with Mike Butcher and IIA really fantastic he's the editor at

  30. 13:42

large Tech runch the founder um near is really starting to get bigger than just the crypto industry that we really much run in so huge shout out there and then last but not least we had a successful wom in web three branch the wom in web 3 change makers list is continuously growing the panel was really fruitful it's an initiative that we're really excited to take off and see continuously

  31. 14:05

grow uh next slide and just a quick little picture here hopefully you attended Demo's session it was really fantastic next slide and last but not least share a voice so this is one of the most biggest highlights I'm definitely proud of we completely dominated crypto Twitter 5% increase during and post nearon 100% increase that we saw in raw tweet volume which lasted for up to a week after

  32. 14:38

nearon we overtook polygon Avalanche mutable X Aptos by a considerable margin and we briefly took over salana in raw Twitter volume on the 9th so all in all total share of voice peaked at about 177% breaking atth really really huge proud moment for us lots to be kind of just lots to really Mo Drive momentum and rally around so huge shout out to demo and that goom Market team that really put a lot of effort and of course everyone who

  33. 15:07

contributed next slide and so I'll pass it over to Abby who is going to dig into some of the data and the numbers behind Enon as you already saw we had I guess we had over 6,000 transactions in the app again that 250k number of Encon transacted and we will announce our top three earners you know truck and Jake gave competition a run for their money but that number will be shared uh or those winners will be shared very soon so Abby take it

  34. 15:37

away thanks yir um yeah Enon was a very special app if you move to the the next slide DBS um over 1,000 wallets participated in the little economy that we created and if you were not scamming your friends you could earn Encon in one of two ways one by showing up uh two by actually engaging with uh all of the bounties we had it looks like 50% of you about 500 wallets engaged in bounties and earned about 37,000 and con uh so

  35. 16:08

that's equivalent to about $37,000 that's that's big money thank you for that engagement uh this all led to about 6,000 transactions going through the app and and uh it was seamless and if you go to the next slide you could spend your edcon in one of four ways and no surprises here everybody chose the swag store the swag store did about 55,000 Encon in Revenue which is 80% of all money spent and uh

  36. 16:38

we had three food trucks and no surprises again uh pizza was everybody's favorite um next slide but I think the the the big win is en con really got some conversation going in the in the near data space and we had some amazing work come out of some amazing projects flips side deliv three dashboards that you should definitely check out uh uh Pikes PE has a very cool process mining perspective on just the flows of people through the conference which was which

  37. 17:12

is amazing and of course Shard dog with their 14,000 wins that and the wallets that engaged with the shardo nfds did a total of 40,000 transactions over the over the four days of of meon which is is amazing um so shout out to to the community that's it that's it for me I'll pass it off to the a week thank you very much ABI please go on to the next slide hello everyone my name is Peter and I represent me

  38. 17:42

week and um I can see that is this not the right version well anyway so it's already been said that um the foundation appointed IL suen as CEO we're very happy to see the black dragon back in the driver's seat and envisioning his vision for the open web um furthermore it has been announced um Alex skof he has um the the near task team they're launching an AI Marketplace and this AI Marketplace um is set to redefine the

  39. 18:16

way that we do data labeling data labeling um and we're really excited to see this happening in on Nia um as it also was mentioned before by Jack sorry about Jack El suen has introduced um work in progress model for the AI governance uh there are some rumors about a precedent maybe this presedent is set to rule or divide in the NDC I think we're going to make it um if you haven't read the proximity Labs uh thread uh on nearest strive

  40. 18:49

towards train attraction I highly encourage you all to do so um this is a sync thesis of of nearest New Direction in nutshell especially focusing on how D5 projects and Builders can Leverage The modular L1 to build chain agnostic interoperable platforms and much more so if you haven't already I suggest you go follow uh proximity and read their thesis immediately um next one says newx polygon developing the CK wasm um actually I I can see that the slides

  41. 19:19

haven't been updated to what I just put in lastly but I actually want to talk about n x layer zero so neara partnered with layer zero it was announced during neon and they're bringing the Omni chain ecosystem to Neon oh sorry to neara and ler zero is now seamlessly integrated into Nia through Nia's evm layer Aurora and this means unlocking access to more than 40 networks thanks to ler Zero's

  42. 19:42

trust list Omni chain um and layer zero endpoint on near enables projects and developers to leverage its extensive network creating opportunities for expansion and seamless cross chain transaction the open web is definitely coming next slide please I see you already mentioned these two so I'm going to go straight to the coin 98 one so I'm not sure if you all noticed the multichain wallet and defi platform with more than 7 million users

  43. 20:12

worldwide they unveiled a decentralized dep store on Nia connecting users across 70 chains and 15,000 deps so thanks to enhanced accessibility and discoverability courtesy of the B the boss users can now explore major apps on ethereum L2 ecosystems through a unified web and mobile interface and near devhub they during ncon introduced a decentralized Dev program so this unique initiative empowers individuals and projects to establish developer communities centered

  44. 20:45

around neara and the program's objective is to foster a robust developer Community by supporting activities like tutorials documentation technical content creation events developer support tool development and educational de collaborations on top of that near devhub has also just redesigned their landing page and I suggest you go over and take a look at it I really feel like the the new website is very welcoming and it's a great place to start your journey as a developer on near um lastly

  45. 21:19

I want to mention two things that I also mentioned at neon it's that near and idos they're propelling a robust identification and verification system so a Cutting Edge identification system together with fractal idos stands as identity operating system and will Empower developers in in the space to enable seamless on and off ramps composable and permissionless integration with various protocols and this is another step towards uh onboarding the masses and

  46. 21:51

being more compliant in the space in general and lastly octopus Network have buil out their adaptive IP SE briding to custos and it's live and they've integrated the secret Network and I'm super excited to see what octopus network will bring to the ecosystem and how they're leveraging the cosmos technology in the future so I would say it's fair to say that the web open web text Tech starting to shape up

  47. 22:15

and the future is indeed looking near thank you all for listening yeah that's probably my cue to speak hi thank you Peter for the ecosystem highlights I'm Maria from zhop I'm with heon at your ecosystem and I would like to thank everyone who showed up at the heon and Beyond I would like to thank our challenge sponsors uh sweat economy Aurora proximity cero and and others uh especially for for the obstruction account Bounty which was also really popular and I would like to thank our judges who managed to review 54

  48. 22:58

submissions in just a few days and and ship our winners so let's hop on to the next slide uh to see the key numbers and stats from the hackathon so yeah we indeed had a huge Bounty pool this is a unique hackathon this is a Showcase of our e system so every year we we go big or and um we had the record number of register hackers which resulted in 62 amazing submissions um which was 20% con rates and thank you so much for your

  49. 23:30

feedback about the heon venue I also liked it so much it brought the vipe of this you know garage style old school hackaton and I enjoyed so much the basing there um so without further Ado we would like to present uh some of the winners of of this heon not all of them because for all of them we wouldn't have enough time unfortunately but some of them will present today they will show

  50. 23:56

their pictures they will show their demos and as as at the main stage of the hecon we will have only three minutes for project so please be mindful of of everyone's time and let's start with um the project called click D app please welcome on stage and can we please uh switch on to the next slide thank you hi everyone this is rapael he rapael welcome hi uh I'm the founder at heck

  51. 24:28

chain and click heck chain is the also the team behind OPEC tickets which is the first ZK app on here and well during the Heaton we decide to build this new new product which is Click dap can you please move to the next slide so since the beginning the blockchain space has been mostly composed of developers and tech people I myself am not a technical person and well can please move to the next slide uh and we started out in in near as a Dev shop shop we had tons of clients uh

  52. 25:00

building not not just on here but mostly on here and we saw that they were facing some problems as non- technical developers and non- Technical entrepreneurs which are please next slide uh a high cost of development so it's really expensive to hire especially rust developers a high cost of Maintenance so you don't just need to hire your developers to build your product but also to maintain it and uh it's is a slow product prototype typing if you are hiring a an external team to

  53. 25:30

build the product for you and also a slow product iteration so once you have your projects running uh it is not that easy to make changes and like small Chang even it's just like cop copy on your website so we decide to build a solution for that please so what if non technical bus could create their own application from scratch with no codes and we decided to click uh to create click dab which is a web tree

  54. 26:01

code free so a codes for front end building with for for web tree applications and basically we started the proof of concept on E Lisbon one week before nearon and this is where we built the uh the first version of the proof of concept and it's basically uh we have this application called plasmic Studio it is a no code Builder that allows you to create your own react components to be added uh on top of the the no code Builder you do that through

  55. 26:34

a apphost which basically a GitHub rapple uh that allows you to uh connect to the near VM and import BOS components inside the plasmic studio and basically what it allows you to do is to get any BS components add it to the plasmic studio and then you can deploy your application just by by like one with one click and we received some some feedbacks during e Lisbon hackaton and we decided to make the improvements for clickd during the near con hecaton which was basically uh we received feedbacks

  56. 27:12

mostly for the composability of the components so the components they weren't uh uh communicating between each other on the front end and they were also not customizable so basically what you could do at that point was basically moving for from uh was basically importing components please next slide and during the newon we build this this technology which called VM context so it's basically B St that allows

  57. 27:42

allows the secure front end communication between different components and we also make it possible to add CSS and HTML to to the components that we import into uh clickd so the final result I'm going to send you here in the chat so that you can check we built a liquidy application using a nood build that's fully deployed and it's running on ethereum blockchain just by using this no code Builder and you can check it out uh the application in the link that I've sent in the

  58. 28:14

chat so I'm not sure if we have more time but basically what you can do is render customize BS components share States between components create a publish front endend with BOS and in the future we want to integrate other back ends no codes tool such as meat Bas and orderly to make it possible to create complete business logical for the D apps so the key benefits so we reduce the development and maintenance C uh costs facilitate the product prototyping and reduce the barrier for web Tre Builders such as myself and most of

  59. 28:49

hecka chains clients I think that's it not sure if we have more time thank you so much it's always always some time for for an amazing team of Builders thank you so much for coming if I'm not mistaken it came all the way from Brazil right sorry to win you you came all the way from Brazil for this is the second heon we participated near last Heaton we built uh op which is still up and running on

  60. 29:21

near mainnet and we expect to do the same with clickd we have some improvements to make on top of it but but in the next the next few months we're already talking talking to near Horizon to ban to Builder and I think we can make some good improvements on top of it to to make it easy for anyone to to build ADF using B components thank you Rafael this was the winner of the entrepreneurs track and by the way all of the hean winners will be

  61. 29:47

invited to near Horizon cohort so congratulations bright future ahead and future is near obviously I can I can not say that so the next project to present is called Magic Bill coming all the way from Vietnam yeah hi uh my name is hi I'm the co-founder of the magic bu so let's jump into the first slide so magic bu is a tool to have developers to make front end on B faster without having to go uh for currently we have three products in Magic bill which is form

  62. 30:22

Builders block Builders and boss composer next slide please so for the forers is a powerful tool design to streamline the process of generating frontend interface from Smart contract on boss so you have a smart contract with magic bill will automatically like create the font end for you with just a few click uh next slid please uh for the block Builders you can create any boss component like with the AI like the uh KN Bar menu bar button or

  63. 30:56

phone next SL uh and our last product is boss composor is a tool that have create the W get connection with the boss ecosystem is enable infinite scity of NES waget increase the depth and resource utilization of the websit so let's jump into the demo so first of all in the formulus we type out the name of the contract after that we scan through a contract is will show all the methods and the params of the contract so after that we can select

  64. 31:40

the methods that we want to generate to the front end uh after that we can design uh this is like the uh view of the front end but we are call Channel meod label met talk class with the boostrap is will look better now more we can customiz with the Cs so uh the de is very flexible when they customize with magic build so more over with this features the developer no need to code is called Magic bu AI just write down your own

  65. 32:26

Magic prom like I want to createit uh mod star Christmas Vive grading background strip border red and green and click to the magic sty button so all the wish came true so it will generate to you like the awesome front end with any animations background uh after that we can export to the wet so let's see our showcase one is uh rainbow nft Miner so I'm going to Min the nft with the contract General so let's check to the near blops so the nft

  66. 33:12

or me so showcase two is stacking with lineer so I'm going to stack one near into the lineer contract that's St it all right uh one here is already spe in the contract so with our PL viewers just write out like I want to create a menu bar or something like button uh and we will using the AI to generate it as the front end and our boss composers uh we can choose different layout add some plops

  67. 33:57

wet um in here we can add uh the exit wet or use our own export or just using the boss component in here I'm using the near digital Collective headers um near Foundation bottom and our rainbow Minter NFD mters and add some sidebar after that we can export to the complete uh front end so overall magic build empowers uh developers and even uh regular individuals to easily to build the front end on Boss uh without needing for

  68. 34:46

coding so we believe in uh motivating and inspiring developers to explore the possibilities of boss and unleash their creativity uh with magic builds uh we want to provide an userfriendly experience into the world of blockchain development and unlock the food potentials on their ideas on B and additionally our goals is also to bring any deps on layer one layer two like in optimism AUM zkc and more on boss so we will have something campaign like a

  69. 35:25

tanos snap like to deploy and thank you hi this this is I'm sorry this this is unfair to to the other teams they only get five minutes sorry so I have to interrupt you thank you so much I think we we all believe in magic now so you can actually build on near using not just Cod not just you know bare hands like like people used to do in 20th century but you can also use magic powered by AI thank you so much hi uh it's been a pleasure to have you and next uh project that we would like to

  70. 35:56

showcase is Def Builder the winners of the pitch and competition so please welcome on stage hey thank you very much can you hear me yep awesome uh nice to meet you guys I'm Daniel and I'm the CEO of D5 Builder uh could you go to the next slide and our goal with defi Builder is to finally turn web 3 into a no coding uh experience for the next generation of web3 entrepreneurs so this along with democratizing defi is exactly what we're trying to do

  71. 36:29

the problems that we first encountered when we joined the market is that when we developed our team we found very high cost for freelance developers very low security because they were often not skilled in finding exploits or they just had malicious intent towards their clients very long timelines and it was also really hard to find skill specific developers that could bring our custom ideas to life the products that we have currently are our modular Builder which is an

  72. 36:55

experience that is quite similar to WordPress but for web 3 and this allows users through modules to launch dexs tokens nft collections lending and boring platforms and all of the other core defi Services dii Builder AI is exactly what we launched for near as well and that is working already and it's first form and it is our AI generation tool that allows users to generate smart contracts uh and also in the future we are implementing it

  73. 37:21

through other tools that I will explain later in the pitch we also have a module Marketplace that will Empower other developers to join our platform and build modules for us that will help them earn money as well our noode modular Builder is the first one that really allows people to deploy projects and front ends with no coding knowledge and the way that it works is that it allows users to configure their modules for nfts and DXs and other features they can customize their platform UI as well by adding their own

  74. 37:53

color pallet or custom graphical assets they can deploy their project with e with no coding knowledge at all on solidity or react and they can also manage afterwards their project uh their Farm emissions their nft staking features and anything else that is related to their modules the modules that we have right now uh the primary ones are a custom token launch pad and Dex so users can get started right away with launching

  75. 38:18

their token and having a DX where they can trade it for Farms we have standard Farms we have locked farms and revenue sharing pools and for nfts we can build nft collections nft minting pages and nft marketplaces so we try to cover all of the core stuff on D5 and we have much more modules in the future and as far as our AI software and the one that we submitted for the nearon hackathon it is a low code solution at the moment that helps users generate

  76. 38:44

contracts for solidity and Ross chains the way that it works is that it allows users to select their chain uh they allow them to uh select a template for for their module and customize it so this applies again to DXs tokens nfts and many more things they can generate their contract easily and in the future we are working on auto deployment and verification of the contract so our AI model can also make sure that the contract has no errors at all and we are also working on generating front ends

  77. 39:14

through our AI model from contract abis so we can have a full 360 degree AI tool that can help not just developers but anyone to launch their project as fast as possible with the power of AI as far as our road map goes in the next three months we are doing a lot of work to release our first version of the AI program and the unit test that will allow users to check the contracts for

  78. 39:37

errors easily uh we will also launch the first batch of five modules for uh for our modular Builder and we are working on our company launch because we will turn this into a company on the F month timeline we will have our first VC fundraise hopefully and we're working very hard for this and in the next eight months we will launch our module Marketplace as well uh some of our competitors are doing something similar but none of them have

  79. 40:01

all of the features that we do especially AI related features modular building and the multi-chain operability that we have and as far as our business model goes it's quite flexible but it's based on initial deployment fees for the modular Builder module royalties and module Marketplace royalties and as far as the AI model it's based on generation fees for the contracts and a further

  80. 40:24

cost for the generation of front ends our team is very skilled and we've been working together for over three years at the moment we have eight full-time members and we've managed to manage over $80 million in tvl across various chains and projects that we worked on in the past and this is where you can find us and I would also like to add that we've been participating into a lot of hackathons we have two more coming in

  81. 40:49

the next month uh and we're also doing our first demo dat with a lot of investment funds so we're really trying to make this work as much as possible and we're going to work hard on improving our project on year as much as we can thank you so much Danielle amazing pitch if you want to know more about our winners and projects in general for near ponel heon please go ahead and visit the

  82. 41:13

De poost Page for the heon nearon uh D heaton. death.com we have a whole project gallery for you to to review and for the projects don't hesitate to drop the links to your pites and demos to the chat so the last but not least the winner of newon IRL heon team orri please let's let's see what you built thank you so hey everyone my name is eigor um I'm a director of research and development in a company called biomech which builds a product called

  83. 41:45

cortex AI which is basically orri or project but it's in a centralized world so that's where the idea basically came from so um orri CC which stands for Collective compute is up project that enables heavy compute on the near ecosystem by utilizing idle Computing resources next slide please so the current state of in ecosystem is um such that front end is being let's say covered by bus um the back end is being covered by the smart

  84. 42:10

contracts with wasm and ZK wasm and if one would want to run um a heavy computation long running jobs which don't fit into single transactions uh that that's a missing piece of the ecosystem next slide so this is the current of of cloud market and demand as we can see it's it's been rising over the years but not only that the centralization of that cloud computing power um is is getting

  85. 42:35

larger and larger so um all of the computing power is being distributed among uh small amount of of compute providers next slide and not only that but the predictions based on 7,000 177,000 reports um uh claim that this Market is not only going to grow in the next couple of years but it's also going to stay fragmented next slide so basically we're trying to solve that um aado aims to enable um the Computing and running heavy compute

  86. 43:07

tasks such as training large neon networks using Federated learning uh processing large amounts of genomic data or even drug Discovery just to name few of those types of tasks by Distributing them among uh various um customer task nodes so anybody can connect their node and donate let's say their their compute resource to the network and obri would schedule execution of these tasks across

  87. 43:30

all of that Network the core point is that these task node would have economic incentive to uh First Act honestly and fairly in the network submit correct results and also participate because they're get going to get paid uh for paid bounties for executing these these pieces of tasks next slide so with aado heavy compute is near um and I would extend to say that AI is also near because one of these heavy comput jobs would would be a Federated learning AI jobs so it's being truly decentralized it's seamless to connect

  88. 44:01

and donate um and earn and it's also cost effective because it effectively breaks the Monopoly of of big cloud providers next slide please so yeah regarding our road map during the hackaton we managed to launch the contract on the near test net and it's fully functional uh we managed to launch the front end on boss and that's fully functional it can be a little bit more beautiful though but it's there um for the next couple of of months we're

  89. 44:25

planning to uh very intensely um work and continue working on improving the security and the privacy of these executor nodes because currently they're running basically on the host ecosystem we want to kind of as sendbox that um we want to improve the workflow in the ux for all of the job submitters so we want to allow a bunch more of of these parameters and and types of jobs to be run and right now we support support only python tasks and we want to extend

  90. 44:48

that to be um generic bash runnable so anything that you can run in terminal on Linux um you can run inside of of got it next slide please this is the team that made it all happen uh so we all come from it's five of us we all come from different countries with different backgrounds some of us as I already mentioned work in in um even big cloud providers and and and provide centralized uh uh um solutions for this kind of problem so we

  91. 45:13

do have some background and some experience in this next slide please and yeah what we're going to see very briefly the top part is going to show um U one client submitting a job to be executed and determining the Bounty and the bottom part of the screen is going to show two two running nodes uh observing the queue on the on the near chain and then as soon as the job is submitted they're going to pull that uh job and start working on it so you can

  92. 45:37

go to the video yeah so on the top you see a job submitter going to submit a task connecting the near wallet specifying the location where the workspace is located and indicating that they they are willing to pay 10 a year for this job to execute to be executed in the Obrigado system as soon as that transactions goes through the bottom part shows that left node is quicker to uh pick up that task starts processing it submits the result and commits the the the hash of that result to the chain

  93. 46:08

when the second know on the right does the same thing the on chain verification of the result is is performed and if You observe the balances after refreshing they're going to increase slightly so that's basic that basically means that those two nodes got paid for executing job and in this case each one got paid five near and right now there's just two nodes running this system but in the future very near future you'll see thousands of them and all of them are

  94. 46:31

going to be running on a thank you a lot thank you you for finishing perfectly on time um I think this was all the Showcase of nearon IRL heon and if you want to participate in more heatons please subscribe to devhub Twitter visit our board host the heon in your city we have a plug-and place solution for that and we're looking forward to hosting our very first capture the flag challenge in December uh where we have uh weekly puzzles and challenges for the beginning H hackers

  95. 47:04

not not as experienced as the one that presented here but everyone needs to start someone right so Z up is the right place to start if you just start cing on near thank you for so much for this town hall and thank you so much for uh coming and listening to us and see you in Lisbon very soon probably next year not sure if in Lisbon sorry for spoiling uh but see you on dev board pretty much

  96. 47:28

every day um and enjoy the rest of your day awesome thank you all so much for coming here uh it's been amazing town hall and we'll see you all in two weeks have a great day thank you all byebye
