   customers and how did they get into web 3 I think that's a a good underline um start to where why you're here right like yeah um we had a long journey um to web three we we it's kind of a grassroot um grassroot opportunity that we had so in 2016 we started with uh one people Alex he's still uh in the team and he came to us and said web 3 or they didn't call it web 3 that time but that's something quite interesting so we thought okay might be uh we started with

   ideations uh with Innovations we did some projects some proof of concept in deuts Telecom but also for potential customers but um some of you may remember um to 2017 18 19 it was everyone was talking about blockchain but no one had real cases because everyone was thinking in in in web 3 cases so centralized cases but this is the decentralized world so um everyone tried something but no one had a real

   decentralized um case in mind or behind that so um in 2019 we changed a little bit our Focus so we thought what about supporting infrastructures I mean deut a telecom I don't know what do you know about deuta Telecom but deuta Telecom is um the most valuable um Telco company in the world so we do trust and reliable networks for voice since decades for internet since 20 30 years so since the 90s um of the

   last century um so infrastructures for exchanging things like voice data reliable internet that's part of our DNA so it was somehow obvious um to think also about bringing new stuff into that so reliable um networks for assets for um exchanging data in a decentralized manner yeah and that was starting point for us I think it's important for people to understand like what's it's DOA Telecom is a really big company right yes and so sometimes understanding the

    also to the businesses so um yeah that's uh and I think that's one of the challenges right like how do you justify building all this infrastructure under this protocol for what right and I think Elia summarized it really well his talk right he was saying okay so here are the AI agents right here is near but then at the bottom here's all the infrastructure right so as I as you already mentioned

    we have 17 Network supported right now and uh there will be more in the future in the near future so yeah what do you mean the near future yeah as I already mentioned we support a lot of uh customers so we have millions of customers that we support with um yeah phones with connections with internet um and nowadays also AI is very very important um for for those people so um what would it be if there would be a network High scalable carbon neutral

    we think about for the future so we start as a node operator and uh as I already mentioned um it's one of the networks um but the networks aren't just for being node operator for us so we do indexing we do staking we have Bitcoin nodes we have lightning nodes running um but at the end of the day we want to also find something that can be on top of that yeah for our customers um it's not there right now but it will be in the future so well near intense is there

    help near become be be more decentralized so whenever you go to metap pool and mint a liquid saking token that delegation part a small part of that is going to support the growth of the yes validator node for do and we support outside of the traditional ecosystem the traditional ecosystem is Amazon um a AWS is azure is maybe Google cloud or something else uh we do this this uh in our own infrastructure open Telecom cloud or um

    especially also in data centers in Germany so we bring a German security data privacy trust into that reliability into that Network um that's um I I think that's an additional Point um that yeah we're seeing the use cases start to spread and I think the Enterprise use case is something that hasn't been really truly explored and I think having a partnership with DOA Telecom will help the near ecosystem leverage not only your knowledge right I I think you're

    are web 2 yeah so traditional stuff um because our customers they don't think in web 3 but doesn't matter we can bring them there um but in the web two part I mean GPT is for everyone um it's it's known by everyone but it's not really useful for companies that want to secure their intellectual property so uh Deutsche Telecom has a product in Germany on the market we call it business GPT is a dedicated gbt for businesses enterprise Enterprise grade
