  2. 2:34

    thank you

  3. 3:37

hello everyone good morning good afternoon good evening wherever you guys are um we're gonna jump straight into an exciting New Town Hall where we're going to be talking about election results the upcoming near con conference we're finally getting to hear from our new season hello everyone Chris good morning good afternoon good evening wherever you guys are um this yeah uh Ilia did we lose you no hey sorry it was some kind of echo

  4. 4:38

happening hey folks uh great to be here um I guess yeah um wanted to introduce and welcome I mean Chris like the I'm sure many of you already know Chris so uh he's stepping into steer the ship at near foundation and set us up for our next evolution of near working with me and I'm really excited to work close to you as Chris on this uh Chris for those who don't know conspiracy was at toddler Adventures working with hundreds of startup Founders and uh he has been at near

  5. 5:18

foundation for a year as general counsel working both kind of in his legal capacity but also beyond that to navigate the ecosystem so Chris take it away thank you Elia um you know honored to be to be stepping into the role um and and like you mentioned for those of you who don't know I was um commercial director at Outlaw Ventures um During the period where we we built the accelerator to become the largest um kind of open web web through accelerator in the world and and we

  6. 5:51

built that on what we call the open metservice thesis and I had the enormous privilege of working with hundreds of um incredible Founders kind of out there building uh web3 building the open web and I joined the foundation um over a year ago because of my belief in the vital importance of an open web um and in my view it's absolutely essential that we have a resilient sustainable and self-solving alternative to the current closed web and the permission you know systems that underpin it and also because it was an

  7. 6:22

opportunity to to work consistently with a group of fans over a longer period to support the growth and development of the near ecosystem and the near ecosystem thanks to its incredible technology stack that we're going to hear a little bit more about it's the best place to be supporting the development of an open web so likely has said in the coming months we're doubling down on that kind of open web founder focus and really looking forward to collaborating with him but also with all

  8. 6:47

of you all of our great contributors out there in the ecosystem as part of that process um and to make sure that everyone is getting the help and the support that they need to do that effectively um so on that note there I'll pass it back to you for another introduction that you uh you're gonna make yeah so uh was even greater not even good because that's great uh but in my my case relief uh happy to introduce Eric um who is joining on Pagoda side as a CF

  9. 7:18

uh CTO and uh really to focus on getting uh a lot of the products uh and technology that we're building uh kind of with that laser focus there and I'll let Eric kind of introduce his background and talk through some of the Pagoda updates as well yeah uh thanks for the intro earlier um super excited to be here um it's my third week at Pagoda or in the near ecosystem in general um

  10. 7:49

there's a little background I was most recently CTO at Nifty Gateway which is a nft Marketplace one of the earlier ones in the space um uh before that I was a founding engineer at Gemini which is a crypto exchange custodian um what really brought me here is I was hooked on the vision of Boss um and how it well it is integrated with the rest of the near ecosystem stack um the idea of making decentralized

  11. 8:14

applications not just not just possible but better than than web 2 apps I think is really compelling um that finally make you know blockchains a part of everyday life in a way that they uh that people have been trying to do for almost a decade now um so very excited to um be here and meet all of you that I haven't already met um and uh keep on going so uh so today I'd love to talk a bit um kind of holistically about what Pagoda is up to and why uh this is uh not necessarily

  12. 8:47

um what I'm saying isn't necessarily like a big you know not announcing big changes here uh really just clarifying what's going on and what we're working on and why we're working on it so um Pagoda was originally sort of split from the near foundation in order to be kind of a professional services and product development company as well as the development arm for the near protocol core core itself uh but about

  13. 9:13

what is it eight or ten months ago started building boss um the you know what you see now on neo.org and the developer tools behind it um and and that's really become now part of the near ecosystem uh you know we say near is the bus and it's not not sitting on top of it as a paid add-on or anything uh so as we go forward the best use of of pagoda's resources has been to really stay fully aligned with the foundation's mission of of supporting of supporting and developing the Navy ecosystem

  14. 9:44

um even if that means you know at times we've been we've been thinking about Pagoda as a as a for-profit and independent entity but we're kind of putting that aside for now and focusing on continuing to develop the new ecosystem which is uh which includes all the all the boss stuff we're working on so um going into the initiatives that we've got going right now um so first of all we're continuing work on

  15. 10:09

boss if you could hop over to the next slide I got a little list of them um pretend you work on Boss uh so both the underlying platform as well as mir.org which is uh for uh sort of your entry point into that platform and a Showcase of it um that includes the front end you see products like Fast off query API and other things um we are working on a new iteration of near.org so we'll we're really taking up

  16. 10:38

more um you know user-centric uh approach to what that entry point is going to look like and how it's going to feel um including Community sort of a community forum and resources for Boss developers uh the next thing I want to talk about is a sort of ethereum alignment um we're not out here necessarily trying to destroy ethereum I know they're in L1 and we're in L1 but there's a lot where near can add value to the ethereum ecosystem and we can help also bring

  17. 11:04

ethereum focused developers and Founders into the near ecosystem so we want to be friends with ethereum we have a few projects in Flight that sort of make that more tangible um details will be coming later uh I think it's some pretty exciting stuff that we'll be able to announce soon uh finally um the near protocol team has been uh part of the Pagoda organization uh for a while and um but it already has independent governance from the protocol working group uh it already takes input from the entire ecosystem the entire

  18. 11:35

Community um they're now ready to operate uh independently of pagoda so we're working through the logistics of what it takes to spin that out into its own organization over the next few months um so that uh so that the protocol team is really um really going to be its own uh going to control its own fate from here on out I'm really excited about that aspect of decentralizing what we're up to um and the last thing I want to talk about a little bit about the the

  19. 12:00

strategy of how of of the kind of products Pagoda is going to do build and how we're launching them um and this kind of goes across almost everything we're doing uh generally speaking um Pagoda intends to make open source software um we uh most of our stuff is already open source on GitHub we'll be open sourcing more and more uh going forward um additionally something that I think

  20. 12:24

we'll we're trying to correct is that um we've been uh uh we haven't been transparent enough with pagoda's roadmap and plans um we're putting that all on GitHub as well and we're going to be opening that up probably within the next week um get some links um this will help everybody see what it is we're working on what it is we're working on next and provide input to our team as well we have no intention of hiding anything we just hadn't gotten

  21. 12:49

around to the mechanics of it and it's very important to be committed to transparency there uh so what can always be an open source software development company um but for some of the tools we're building uh they'll need to be hosted somewhere should be effective and so our plan there is to um just to be the you know operator of first and last resort for these tools that we'll build uh so to give an example for fast off um we have just launched our SDK it's

  22. 13:21

now available as of Monday so that's sort of the open source version of it we're also in implementer at fast off on neo.orgs we're offering that kind of as a free hosted service um so now with the SDK out anybody in the community can self-host it which we certainly want to encourage we also want to encourage other Cloud hosts other paid services to uh to host those things so um so over time we view that we feel that uh Pagoda should sort of

  23. 13:51

um not be a necessary service provider of these open source tools over time we want to be more of an open source software development company but we will provide hosted tools as necessary in order to help grow the ecosystem in order to help provide the necessary services and help to incentivize others to do the same or to self-host so uh thanks for listening that's another one as I wanted to talk about sort of what we're doing and why we're

  24. 14:15

doing it and how we're doing it and I'll uh give it back to Ilia to keep on going uh welcome Eric we're all thrilled to have you and congrats uh Chris on being CEO um I'm gonna step in and talk about Q3 okrs now that that Q3 is behind us so what's most exciting here uh our North Star so we had set out to hit 2 million monthly active accounts by the end of Q3 and we finished uh Q3 with 3.1

  25. 14:48

million monthly active accounts on year so incredible to see that congrats everyone um and going through some of the sub okrs here uh the first category near is the bus um the first metric is around active devs uh the goal was to grow from 500 to 750 uh we don't have the exact measure just yet um for this we historically have been looking at electric capitals development report um which should be out soon but we are also working in parallel to get this

  26. 15:18

data in more real time so we can track it weeks a week instead of quarter by quarter uh in terms of share of voice um our goal was to increase it unfortunately in this quarter it actually dropped down to closer to seven percent um the biggest driver here that we saw in the past quarter was was Solana uh I grew quite a bit over the past few months in terms of share of voice on Twitter amongst uh key opinion leaders on Twitter that's how it's measured in terms of near con and we will hear from

  27. 15:50

Yadira later today on this but we are on Pace for hitting our sponsorship goals and on tickets uh slightly behind where we were hoping so we need to push there um but as we saw last year tickets often get uh sold mostly closer to the event which is happening next month and then boss positioning V2 uh that will be coming in Q4 uh to coincide with nircon second category near is a thriving decentralized ecosystem uh so the first

  28. 16:20

one here is the NDC uh kind of finishing the elections and having successful launch to V1 to kick off Q4 uh the elections uh are complete they finished up a couple weeks ago um and you will hear from uh Blaze and the team about where we are there on on the launch if you want in terms of horizon uh they launched their first cohort a couple weeks ago so we will be hearing a lot more about that uh later on as well with a couple projects that are in Horizon in terms of the ecosystem model

  29. 16:53

um the model that we've been working on um cross-functionally is just about ready to be to be shared uh and there are new data sets publicly available on flip side that power um almost the entire model itself so the data sets are increasingly available publicly and the model itself we will be sharing more in Q4 um how to how to view it how to think about it and how to yeah how to actually pull the data yourself to to look and dig in on your own

  30. 17:20

in terms of tokenomics a new tokenomics white paper coming to you for um and then in terms of regulatory and policy advocacy yeah we we joined the CCI um earlier in Q3 and more adult leadership is planned uh in Q4 and then in terms of near is where website goes to become web three um the continual refinement of our strategy uh more more coming there but in terms of getting BD deals launched onto mainnet we had a goal of 15 and we

  31. 17:53

we finished the quarter with 17 and most obviously most uh notably uh Cosmos with their kaijin app uh going live about a month ago and then for Horizon getting 300 projects onboarded we finished a quarter with 254 so just uh just a bit below that goal and then the next few slides just sharing um so if you if you keep your kpis um so first is is a new uh home page for for near at this and you can check out the QR code to check it out um so this is the home page you can see

  32. 18:26

now easily quickly see monthly active accounts and total while it's created up top and then there's a chart showing uh new accounts created in a cumulative uh what in terms of active accounts you can see here over time how bad is going so as you can see now we are at 3.1 million you can also see top projects so you can see for example the top two both Kai chain and sweat um having 1.7 million in just under a

  33. 18:58

million respectively with very strong retention so that is driving a lot of the sustained uh active account usage and then one last slide this is from Artemis so it's a third party Source on the left you can see daily active accounts and what you see here in the white line is near as daily accounts which shot up about a month ago thanks to kaijin and has been sustained at around just under 750 000 daily active accounts every day for the past five or six weeks now surpassing nearly every

  34. 19:34

other chain including polygon Solana ethereum the Avalanche Etc and right on on par with Bitcoin and then in terms of transactions also thanks to to Cosmos in their kai-ching app we've been around a million 1.5 million uh daily transactions um also kind of surpassing many other other chains and this says sustained uh ever since the cosmos launch so amazing to see our growth especially relative to to others show me how powerful and

  35. 20:04

scalable near blockchain is but that Ilia over to you to kind of talk more about ecosystem-wide KBs yeah thanks David so I mean at this town halls we've been presenting a lot about kind of mass effective accounts and there have been uh just general questions like what about all the other metrics and so the idea kind of just to quickly check in on the audiences we Target and how kind of all this fits together and what are the metrics

  36. 20:36

associated with this and how they all fit together um and so the audiences we've you know we have in the ecosystem uh kind of span you know big variety but uh maybe to kind of crystallize them into a few groups one is Founders and this is you know kind of startups um and Founders behind them this is developers who are you know everything from learning to building new things to you know over time becoming Founders this is creators who are finding new

  37. 21:05

ways to monetize their work and their users who you know looking for new economic opportunities are trying to find you know entertainment or you know searching for their new tribe and crowd and you have Enterprises which are also looking for ways to do marketing or new business models that openlab is providing I'm kind of connecting with audiences on the other side and so you see Founders kind of green lid because I forgot the next slide Founders are

  38. 21:37

really at the core right they are the ones who you know kind of uh usually any founding team has a developer on in web3 they are the ones called hire and educate more developers right to bring them in they kind of are you know attraction for them like as a startup they are usually ones who build platforms or creators and users and in a way they you know like through them the Open Lab has been built and and uh kind of attracts their user and Enterprise is really just you know usually copy or

  39. 22:09

kind of uh acquire Slash use what startups do right and so because of this kind of and we talk about Founders versus startups specifically because Founders go from you know a developer who has an idea who's exploring you know and where Horizon comes in to a Founder you know already established startup that you know has millions of users like sweatcoin or Cosmos who really wants to innovate on their business model or bring something new to their user and so like the kind of the range is very wide

  40. 22:39

but they're you know are at the core of this ecosystem and kind of everything is operating around them and so if we go to next slide uh you know all these pieces really work together right you cannot say like oh we only focus on one thing because um like to feed it you need you know everything else in the flywheel and so this is the idea of this gross flywheel right so if we have you know kind of enough Founders building really powerful open-up experiences those bring users

  41. 23:12

who are you know transacting value this gets you know recognition from Market which means there's more financing available through VCS and through the ecosystem and through users themselves and they fund more Founders uh who themselves coming from developers and so we kind of you know you you need like all these pieces to work together and really feed into each other to have the kind of big system grows you know

  42. 23:37

continue going and you know this is when we call about like product Market fit usually in startup land right that's what it is it's like when you're like the flywheel is working pretty much without needing to push every single piece and we are not there yet right we still need to you know apply kind of more um work as an ecosystem on every one of these pieces to continue growing the ecosystem at more kind of this accelerated path Pace to have this

  43. 24:06

flywheel work and so so was each one of the species there's a kind of associated set of metrics right and so if we go to the next slide um for developers right it's you know months like the developers that uh David mention but also importantly retention like uh how what's the percentage retained from the developers who come in and start building and uh we have for example Dev Hub uh

  44. 24:30

kind of you know like working on in this space co-founders again importantly like are we growing your founder base but also importantly like are we retaining the you know great Founders without coming to build a near uh and so you know we called kind of founder success in general and this is where again you know we have different platforms right now and the ecosystem uh and you know

  45. 24:54

another way to measure that is how much funding has been raised by by the startups in the ecosystem finally we've been talking about users right and and it's really important metric but it's also very crude right like different users depending on what they're doing on chain or what how the interacting with open web you know in a way have a different weight and it's been uh hard to like really uh wages and

  46. 25:19

and kind of as we now getting you know bigger usage in general um between different apps we can start becoming a little bit richer about how we're thinking about users so uh it is about you know fees paid you know both for transactions as well Finance it's about referral like this user is bringing more users into the ecosystem it's about number of people who are earning or who are creating this

  47. 25:43

ecosystem there's probably other also ways you know how we can uh like measure value of the user in the ecosystem right to understand um that like and weighted in when we're evaluating uh different choices but I think kind of starting to think more about this framework where it's not you know each account is equal but starting to kind of stratify them uh is really important as we're thinking about it and finally the uh thing that David mentioned as well the share of voice is extremely important because this is a

  48. 26:18

way we can understand how much of both web 3 but also Beyond web3 uh kind of uh we have um uh kind of mind share right in the ecosystem and Beyond and this and this is uh something that you know we have dropped and like we need to continue working and so kind of part of the reason why I'm I'm describing this one is like to Showcase how we're thinking about it from Pagoda and as well as near Foundation side uh as we're trying to figure out what are the pieces that need

  49. 26:50

to be kind of um filled in but also as NDC is starting to set up their processes and their uh kind of decision-making process on what to approve on funding I urge to really look at this metrics and understand how those funding uh requests are actually going to be moving them and especially to focus on Sheriff voice and Founders because those are the most kind of directly relatable with the community

  50. 27:21

that uh that we have amazing so thanks so much for sharing this um next up we're going to have some ecosystem spotlights to be kicked off by Pagoda initially hi everyone my name is dio and I'm a product manager at Pagoda so if we move to the next slide and as Eric mentioned earlier we just released the first version of the fast.sdk on Monday and it's now available for developers building on your uh as a refresher with

  51. 27:58

fast thought you can simplify any user onboarding Flow by getting rid of Sig phrases in browser extensions uh users can also sign up or recover their account with just an email address and they can even start using the app right away without having to fund the account first thanks to the transaction relayer you can apply to join the beta and start building today by scanning this QR code or by visiting the docs page this was

  52. 28:21

the fastest update that I think got them is next hi everyone my name is Gotham I'm also a product manager at Pagoda working on near.org um so excited to announce the launch of Boss push push notifications today um we've launched support for web push for near.org as well as other gateways um users on you.org can opt in to receive push notifications on both desktop and mobile browsers on IOS and Android and developers building components and applications on your.org

  53. 28:52

can leverage web push notifications to inform and re-engage their users and we've also actually launched support for other boss gateways to implement push notifications through a web push service and some of that documentation is going to be published later today but please follow the the code that I've provided here the QR code as well as the link to to learn more and reach out to me with

  54. 29:14

any questions thank you next up we're going to have a couple of companies that have been partaking in the current Horizon cohort so I'm really excited to see what they will be showing us and what they've achieved over the past few weeks within this cohort so um hi everyone my name is Jerry Chen I'm the student co-founder of gravity Ai and basically we're an immersive um gamified swipe to shop e-commerce platform so basically I'm sure many of

  55. 29:49

you guys have used Tinder in the past we basically use that kind of a format to basically allow people to swipe through different products indicating whether you like or dislike an item and of course if you liked item you can purchased item as well um really the value in that is that as you're swiping you're essentially training your own personal algorithm um on what you actually like to see so our platform is really about product and brand Discovery it's not about search

  56. 30:13

which is the kind of the norm in today's e-commerce shopping experience where it's very transactional and we want to make online shopping a lot more experiential a lot more fun social engaging and so we believe this kind of a format kind of changes the way people can shop online now while you're shopping online you also run into um the next slide please um you also run into a few interesting things which is like games that we

  57. 30:38

actually embed into the process that are sponsored by Brands so as you play these little games you can win rewards you can earn discounts or prizes um just create a little extra layer of Engagement while you're shopping um obviously the words that you earn you can use for different types of transactions that you can pay for or you can exchange them for other types of you know prizes and things along those lines now as you're actually going through and

  58. 31:02

you find products that Josh should like when you double click on a product and you're looking to start to you know consider buying it instead of just taking you into a space which is normally sort of a 2d landing page like Amazon uses for all the products um you have we give retailers the option to land them or bring them into immersive experiences like virtual fitting rooms AR VR 3D type spaces whatever it'll take to create maximum

  59. 31:28

engagement that ultimately lead to conversion so ultimately as a business we have two main algorithms that we're developing which is really product recommendation and we'll do we can build potentially one of the best product recommendation algorithms out there given that you're training yourself and the second is basically an algorithm that will help retailers identify and personalize your experience to maximize engagement and conversion

  60. 31:52

um sorry next slide so one of the other cool features that we want to really bring to life is the ability to create a social shopping experience so we've actually went old school a little bit and thought well how can we bring the TV which is in everyone's living room that no one's using anymore uh back to sort of being a part of people's um sort of uh social experience and so when we think of um shopping if you could just picture it you can have three phone screens shown

  61. 32:17

on your TV and basically your friends will be sitting on the couch be friends could be spread all over the world but you could be seeing each other's uh shopping experience live and commenting and and sort of having you know social interactions about it it can also have a synchronized Scroll of the of the shopping experience so you can all be looking at the same thing at the same time so once again just a unique way for us to create a hybrid uh shopping experience that brings the sort of mix and social whereas right now it doesn't

  62. 32:42

really exist in the marketplace so the next slide yeah so we've had some really cool Partnerships um particularly in Japan um and probably highlighted by our partnership with toei who is the Disney of Japan a popular titles such as Dragon Ball Z serial human Power Rangers then they believe they actually have like they touch about two billion people worldwide um but one of the challenges that they face is they actually don't

  63. 33:06

have much intelligence or understanding around these consumers and these fans that they have so it's pretty difficult to say hey guys um you know we engage with us without some sort of format to allow them to do that um and we believe that we provide them with a very cool way of sort of um showcasing and featuring merchandise uh to their um to their customer base so our plan is

  64. 33:30

to create the crazy Anime World Of Products and merchandise and even little mini games that are branded with the franchises that they have um to really sort of help Galvanize their Community pull it all together while obviously uh sharing opportunities to sort of like you know sell merchandise that's branded to their franchises um sorry next slide yeah and so our team is you know pretty pretty cool I'm pretty proud of our team that we have here that work really hard um and you know Martin our CMO was a

  65. 34:02

director of retail at Nike uh Shale was the creative director at Adidas and Walmart um and where Rio was our chief AI officer was a chief a officer at Home Depot um so we had particularly a pretty cool team to sort of tackle uh this issue and we're just really excited about bringing a whole new way of you know looking at online shopping to make it more immersive and interesting for everyone um the one last thing I would also just

  66. 34:27

leave you guys with is that we really want to be an eco-friendly e-commerce experience which is really kind of maybe weird to think about but like we want to make it so that people can actually filter out um products and and brands that have actually embraced ESG type standards and some other rating on different things um and also the virtual fitting room stuff kind of cuts down on all the shipping and back and forth exchanges and stuff like that so we definitely want to lean in on that as well as we go

  67. 34:51

forward so the beta is out of our app so feel free if you could to scan it look get your feedback on it the algorithm hasn't turned on so just bear with us we're still training it and getting it uh right but hopefully get the gist of the feel and the vibe of the experience and uh like I said I'm super excited to hear any all of you guys's feedback so thanks again hi everyone glad to meet you all I'm Anastasia Nancy and co-founder of the art and today I'm going to cover a completely different side of your

  68. 35:26

interaction with content so DJ knows that whenever you're just casually surfing the internet scrolling your Instagram page or maybe shopping for your favorite products using gravity AI you are basically interacting with dozens if not hundreds of Licensing at the same time so what we do at the art we help Brands and AI tools to better monetize their IP through automated their licensing next slide please I'm sure that a lot of you have already

  69. 35:57

seen all of this crazy headlines since the recent couple of months about AI tools and Licensing and different brands and creators being worried that AI can you know robots out of our IP but that's basically not the case and it just showcases a bigger problem which was underlying there already for many many years next slide please that IP Industries the industry of art fashion luxury music gaming is actually

  70. 36:29

struggling with licensing taking weeks if not months and years to take any agreements in place it's very complicated it's not automated and I as IP lawyer I'm also guilty of making this 20 plus Pages agreements and basically contributing to the propagation of this cycle so that's why we at the art are here to change it and to bring back this power and speed and velocity to Brand creators and AI tools through VR protocol

  71. 36:58

so VR protocol is a solution for IP licensing which helps you to automate track and monetize your IP we have been previously accelerated by Matt and L'Oreal group and have cooperated with 78 brands on our research phase and currently we are also a part of the outlier Ventures and near cohorts to even better scale up uh with our products next slide please basically what it does is that's an SDK connected with an API for which we can provide to you so that you can automate all of the processes like legal Tech and

  72. 37:33

financials into one smooth uh process so instead of Wix and your legal department technical department sales department exchanging a lot of communications documents transactions Etc we cut it into one simple admin panel basically what you do and we work with both step two and prep Street companies you take a file or you take your existing nft and you can start issuing license and offers

  73. 37:57

to that it takes just 30 seconds because it works like a Constructor to fill out all of the terms which you need and then the offer is being created for your buyer so for your buyer whether it's a YouTube blogger another agency or company you're working with maybe a creative designer or game Studio it will literally take one click to perform a transaction it has the agreement being set for you afterwards you can track and

  79. 40:44

looking forward to seeing you all in the near God amazing thanks so much for sharing this um I think next up we have one of the most widely anticipated updates um which is going to be presented by Blaze on the near digital Collective very first election yeah so hey everyone happy to be here with you let's hit the next slide here so this is a an election update today so we have the elections a few weeks back and the election Integrity Council has been reviewing all the results of the

  80. 41:22

election tallying the votes investigating whistleblower reports you know from the community uh if we hit the next slide here we've got some metrics for you so we had over 160 voters that went through a re-verification process to be able to vote of that total 154 voters came out voted in our first election you can see there that we have 45 whistleblower reports that came in the election Integrity Council also had

  81. 41:53

seven additional cases that you can uh you know review as well we're happy to announce that that report is out today as of today so that's been published you can hit the QR code there look into all the cases and details it's a transparency report that they provided now what this Council was really this five-member Council was responsible for was ensuring that the fair voter policy that was put out there was adhered to by all the voters and they investigated any

  82. 42:25

cases that the community brought forward or that they found to determine the the outcomes of those particular cases so we can hit the next slide so while we don't have the the final kind of results today the formal reason for that is we want to make sure they're finalized on chain so the tech work group is actively working right now to make all adjustments to the election remove any votes that didn't line up with the policy or candidates that may have uh you know had an infraction on

  83. 42:57

the policy and then once those uh changes are final on chain we'll post the results and announce that very publicly of what our final representatives are for this V1 election so nexo's elected representatives will be announced the houses will begin to assemble we can expect that our first governance session would start next week they have through Friday to make those final changes on chain and then after that there will be a governance orientation for each house to get

  84. 43:29

oriented to the governance framework the duties the responsibilities and then from there the house of Merit will work to create our first Bill in Congress which will be a detailed budget package that will have the line items and the things that are going to be approved in the budget for V1 governance that budget package then goes back out to the community to approve the budget so we

  85. 43:52

need seven percent of that voting body to come out and approve that budget once that budget's approved the trustees uh or the the enforcer of the trust instrument can recognize the voting mechanism officially what is deemed as near consent and at that point the power will transition to the community to be able to deploy funds from the treasury moving forward so once that's completed the last step is to restore Grassroots funding so that means that

  86. 44:24

constellations and projects will be able to apply for funding from NDC and that will be our first governance session so I would like just to take this small moment to think Ilia for his vision near Foundation all of our partners across ecosystem including Pike's Peak who helped do detailed analysis through the election and after on this post-reporting all the contributors hundreds of contributors we had 13 core contributors in NDC you know 30 plus

  87. 44:56

  94. 48:07

venues are open to everyone it doesn't matter if you're a hacker or just a Community member a founder um the Creator that's open to everyone and definitely encourage all to explore those three venues we have the near con HQ hacker HQ and Community HQ you can kind of get a feel for the look and feel what's going to go down this year can explain how amazing it's going to be all you really have to do is just get your

um so we'll have we'll have Wi-Fi at the event and until you'll be able to pull that up if you don't have data or whatever but your ticket will be this don't just screenshot it it's actually part of The Full Experience so once you uh get your ticket scanned at the door it'll automatically um cue the lanyard being printed you'll get that and the Apple refresh and you'll choose a username for the event and so

  99. 50:32

it'll look something like this uh let me click a few things here do it wrong and do it right there we go and then you'll be right into the application and so this is where you're going to spend a lot of time obviously because you're going to be sending and receiving ncon throughout the event uh We've created a lot of different opportunities for you to not only earn but then be

  100. 50:58
