    Progress in the Week of 2021/03/08:

    1. Build: based on the feedback, refine the design and development of NEAR integration with one parnter (> 10K user base)
    2. UX: “a more meaningful airdrop” : design and planning
    3. Education: NEAR Certified Developer Program: help with cohort 2, with Sherif and Sasha
    4. Community: NEAR Developer Docs Chinese Translation: resume with proof reading, working on deploying Concepts chapter into staging
    5. Community: Technical posts proof reading: Eng Weekly, storage staking, etc.
    6. Event: get ready the Bridge presentation with Conflux
    7. Build: NFT with NEAR + a social blockchain: design and brainstorm

    Priorities in the Week of 2021/03/15:

    1. Build: resume the testing and development with two partners with large user base
    2. UX: “a more meaningful airdrop” : work with wallet team and partner
    3. Community: NEAR Developer Docs Chinese Translation: deploy Concepts chapter into production
    4. Education: NEAR Certified Developer Program: prepare for NCD in Chinese, teacher plan, cookbook, etc.
    5. Community: Technical posts proof reading, depending on Homer’s plan
    6. Event: Bridge presentation with Conflux
    7. Education: Near Cheat Sheet: finish the design with Matt and Josh
    8. Build: NFT with NEAR + a social blockchain: design and planning
    9. Community: Plan for CN Dev Guilds

    • Progress (last week)
      -Manually moved all grants into review
      -Resolved the Grants technical bottleneck, thank you to Max for helping create a process that adds 40 engineers to the “Subject Matter Expert” group
      -Cypherpunks Guild meeting with ZeroPool founders (private transactions coming to NEAR!)
      -Deployed SheHacks India hackathon activation, sponsorship from NEAR + workshops from Sherif & Matt. Started Friday. Dani & Dorian will be judges for the main event.
      -Added sponsorship for NFT Hackathon (starting next week!)

    • Priorities (for next week)
      -Prep for NFT Hackathon by EthGlobal
      -Continue optimizing grants program
      -Kick off our sprint planning & process
      -Interviewing multiple candidates
      -Running through CRM research/trials

    • Blockers

    -Not enough hours in a day :slight_smile:
