Meta Pool DAO: Draft mPIP proposal -- Simplify buyback, increase mpDAO volume

Throwing here an mPIP-proposal idea to gather feedback:

• Right now the buyback program buys a variable % of mpDAO from market and distributes as locked mpDAO.
• % depends on floor price and mpdao 20d TWAP
• users receive stNEAR & locked mpDAO

Proposal is to simplify the process and also allow users to:

• trade mpDAO
• use the mpDAO to farm rewards in rhea
• sell mpdao, in rhea or uniswap, whichever provides the best price

Proposal is:

1. Always buy mpDAO with 100% of the rewards
2. Distribute 100% mpDAO, part liquid and part locked
3. Users will receive liquid mpDAO so they can:

• trade mpDAO
• use the mpDAO to farm rewards in rhea
• lock it and vote
• sell mpdao, in rhea or uniswap, whichever provides the best price

1. This will increase mpDAO trade volume
2. This will simplify the buyback program

Totally makes senses for the Meta Pool’s DAO vision.

mpDAO should work as the catalyzer for its whole economic vision.
