Meta Pool’s governance is evolving to reward active participation.

I want to share the latest distribution of protocol fees for the mpDAO Holders who have participated in voting for Validators.

Total Protocol Fees collected during October 2024

23,621 stNEAR (~ $115,742)

Distributed on October 3rd, 2024:

• Paid to Voters (60%)
  14,173 stNEAR (~ $69,447)

• DAO Operations (35%)
  8,267 stNEAR (~ $40,508)
  *10% returned to the treasury through the mpIP-9 implementation plan.

• Grants Fund (10%)
  1,181 stNEAR (~ $5,786)

Price at the time of distribution: ($4.90/stNEAR)

News and Updates

1. We’ve launched a liquidity pool on RHEA Finance thanks to Meta Pool Improvement Proposal 9, read more about the implementation plan.

2. Starting in October, rewards have been adjusted under the MPIP-9 implementation plan. These changes in percentages will be in effect for the next four months.
