Continuous Tasks:

• Get familiar with NEAR Ecosystem (OWS, Playbook Near Hispano, various
  Education Hubs…)
• Align & get to know the current Business Dev. Team (Sofia, Anna, Erin,
  Harshit…)
• Work on detailed outreach strategy to build momentum in Germany (e.g.Berlin)
• Focus: Bootcamps, Crypto VC & Business Angels, Co-Working Spaces in Berlin
• Major target at the moment: Created a promising list of freelance market places
  (average freelance communities 1000+)
• Preparing LinkedIn Interview with founder/CEO´s
• Going to support social media agency of Near for LinkedIn

Goals achieved:

• Outreached to over 200 developers (LinkedIn)
• Approached over 20 (german) bootcamps
• Scheduled 3 calls with Bootcamps
• Scheduled 3 Onsite-Meetings with founders of Freelance Marketplaces in Berlin
• Scheduled 2 Calls with Distributors
