Project title: Playbook “How to build a modern Business around Web 3”

One-liner: Development of the playbook to share lessons learned by NEAR Hispano in the process of building an educational regional NEAR Hub. Focus on the two main areas:

1. Deep Dive Into The Use-Case Of NEAR Hispano
2. Extraction The Key Principles that can be applied by any other NEAR Entrepreneur

Here is the list of activities executed by the team in the month of February:

• Planning and organizing the development of the playbook
• Developing content for Interviews
• Contacting Interviewees, scheduling interviews and discussing logistics
• Conducting interviews with various members of NEAR Hispano
• Reviewing interview material and providing feedback
• Researching material to be included in the playbook
• Providing feedback on the playbook syllabus
• Planning and updating weekly tasks in coda and Asana
• Participating in weekly meeting with the core team
• Start brainstorming and researching information to develop the marketing plan
