Project title: Web3Talents

One liner: First decentralised talent marketplace on the Near Protocol.

Status Report

On the first few days of the month we spend time talking with fellow members, community leaders and stakeholders in various DAOs listening their views and contributions. It was an exciting engagements that helped us shape our project and get support.

We also spent time on building a community especially on twitter and discord. We intend to make the project a community driven one once we put the right structures in place.
In this project, We are building the first decentralised talent marketplace that is solely powered by Near Protocol Smart contracts.
Web3talents is exclusive platform that connects talented web3 and blockchain individuals with business and organisations who need their services from around the world. We are developing the smart contracts that will make the project highly efficient, secure and transparent for talent providers and talent seekers to connect and do projects with each other.

Along Web3Talents, we are also working on Web3Talents Academy where we collaborate with Near University to bring in more learners into the Near ecosystem.

Finally, in the month of February we started work on the website and socials. We also invited interested individuals to sign up for the waitlist befor we officially launch.
