Error report on Vue operation

    I downloaded the Vue example of near from GitHub. According to the tutorial NPM install and then run NPM run dev, I have the above problem.

    The first error is due to the lack of compile JS file, so I copied the official one, then ran NPM run dev, and a new error occurred
