Project title: BlockJobs - Marketplace

Initial proposal

One liner: Marketplace of Professional Services with intermediation through a DAO in the event of a dispute between professional and employer.

Results obtained for the team in the period:

We are finishing the cross contract calls between the 3 contracts, cleaned and optimize code of the previous report, we finished the firsts tests with NEAR SandBox and NEAR Runner and we did a post in Medium about aleatory numbers that you can see here

Methods created: reclaim_dispute, on_new_dispute, return_service_by_admin, validate_user, return_service_by_mediator, ban_user, pre_vote, on_pre_vote, update_max_jurors, on_return_service.

Tests created: First integration test with Near Sandbox

Updated methods previously created: return_service, on_validate_dispute, update_dispute_status, on_return_service, buy service, reclaim_service, new_dispute, vote,

Others: We started to work in the frontend
