[PROPOSAL] Developing Electric Neon - A NEAR Game

Electric Neon is non linear story telled by Paras Cards. From this, we create the Electric Neon - A NEAR game. It will be with a non linear gameplay using sideplots and side-quests. Will work with a reputation system that adapts accordingly the player actions. Features of the game includes a playable book, play to earn system, multiplayer open world, and mobile version.
