have our separate one because we are cool like that we are devhub the decentralized community of developers I'm not a developer myself but I'm a heon coordinator so the closest thing to developer you can ever get uh we have or on this call um and we have lot forlo and we have Joe and we have Sasha our design director who is also not a developer so I think we have a pretty balanced team here to represent the community so last year was a success and we want to share exactly why it was a success uh a couple of interesting moments and insights and learnings and we want to announce what we're going to do the next year um so yeah welcome take your seats there is no exit from here so yeah let's switch to our first slide I think I think I can yeah so the agenda for today I think we're going to have about an hour to talk about our progress and and our plans for the next year and we have a we'll have a short Q&A session after this so I will start with the vision that we all share for our Dev Hub and then we will proceed with the recap where you can hear not just from me but from the whole team then we will share our plans for the growth and finally I will just tease how you can get involved so devhub is open for contributors from old background so I'm going to I'm going to tell exactly how you can become a contributor so yeah so this is devhub the the centralized home B for near Builders we decided to decentralize everything in in the name of the web3 in the name of the spirit of blockchain we do it old school style so we are truly decentralized Dow where we have don't have any CEOs so cosos we just have moderators so we are the moderators but we are not the authority here so this is all owned and ruled and and regulated by the community which is I think is it's incredibly cool um so just a little bit about our mission values this is me on the photo here managing the IRL Heck on at nearon this year last year already oh my God it's been last year and I'm in a festive mood because tomorrow is going to be my second anniversary in year um I I will accept the congratulations probably even today so my my journey in near started with heatons so it's kind of nostalgic for me to see this um so our mission and vals are being decentralized truly decentralized as I mentioned we don't have a CEO which is really cool and we make our own decisions as as human beings and as experts and as developers non-developers we are transparent truly transparent so everything that happens um at devhub you can see on our board you can see all the proposals all of the uh budget approvals disapprovals all the discussions so everything is public and we want it to stay that way because only that way we can see what the community Wants What It doesn't want and and we can self-regulate listening to that um I would be proud to say that we are adaptable truly like a startup you know fail fast and and do epic wins fast too so we are trying to do exactly that um we are trying to respond to everything that web three Market throws at us sometimes it's it's horrible sometimes it's really exciting we truly try to respond and our team is really flexible so I'm proud to say that we always have the people that we need and uh if we need some more people it's easy to unboard more and we are Le like a true startup we are start when you're ecosystem we consider ourself that although we don't generate a lot of Revenue so far we just generate a lot of value to the ecosystem I think I really hope that you you could agree with me but we are truly lean our team is not big and uh I I think that we can truly say that we have some of the best Minds in the ecosystem so yeah that's that's our mission and this is our values and and our main goal here is to grow a self-sufficient community of near Developers so a little bit of fun facts about us uh did you know that actually Dev Hub owned the the IRL heckadon that happened during nearon last year we we had 750 registrations and it blew my mind to be honest to see this kind of numbers and we have 160k in bounties which is also really impressive and we had a really cool live pitching session uh we closed nearon with this pitching session we had Ilia and Eric con stage as our judges and uh not judges they announced results so they didn't want to judge for some reason so I don't blame them and near throughout the 2023 we've been at top schools not I don't like the name dropping but we have Cambridge and Oxford on the list thanks to Boris lead for near campus program and I I think it's been really cool because we are present at top schools we're engaging with blockchain clubs we board in more than one 100 students so I think this this is uh this is what we can be proud of not just because of the big names but also because we introduce near to the students life really early before they even choose what what they want to be when they finish tech school so whenever this moment comes they already know what near is they know we are cool they know we we support Academia and we support research so the chances that they will build on near are even better and our Community you basically the guests on the call uh we have more than 200 contributors by now so this is not just us this is all you and all of this that we are so proud of that happens thanks to you and uh if you want to check what our community members have been up to we are transparent across all processes and collaborations so everything goes through public proposals so just check our board and if you want to don't know what happened if you don't want to know what happened if you don't want to share the uh check the board just listen to this presentation and I think you will know more details very soon so uh this is why we're here for uh we are following just one metric that matters I know that there is a lot of metrics in developer marketing developer relations so we are all for outreach we are all for onboarded developers but we all know also that there is just one metric that the backers are looking at um and this is the metric that matters for near growth as as an ecosystem and as a company which is monthly active developers so we follow closely and we check every morning this this Electric Capital report for crypto developers so we we see that the trend has been going down since last year and this is okay for the whole industry because the industry is getting more mature so people choose which blockchain they're trying to work on so we are not the exception for us the numbers have not been stellar and and to the moon but we are here to on board new developers and make sure they stick around so our main metric is not just you know on board as many people as possible just to make sure that we meet their needs and they stay in the ecosystem long term they build something meaningful and they become contributors so this is the metric that matters for us and this is how we do it we have several verticals uh each moderator each team member is responsible for uh separate vertical and we have contributors throughout all the verticals um so we have awareness and engagement just to meet the developers at the entry point of this funnel so to say so here we raise awareness then we uh help them engage through events and heatons maybe if if their students they engage through boot camps at the universities through blockchain clubs through research that we sponsor so it's just the first point of retention then they can contribute through developer DA they can do a public proposal on our board and they we will support them or we will discuss with them so either way we will engaged with them personally one-onone because in my opinion crypto ecosystems they are backed by technology and people come hearing exciting stuff about um sharding about account obstruction chain obstruction uh about use your own Ai and this is very cool so people when when they hear this this triggers all kind kinds of emotions with them but to truly connect long term with with a person with developer we need another person so this is where our decentralized developer relations come to play uh we we didn't invent this approach but we decentralized the developer relations team and near ecosystem so we on board uh people in different places where we host heatons where developers are active and we try to be wherever the developers are and not just you know travel from from us to Korea to Africa every month which is not sustainable and and very exhausting so we are trying to Foster our team uh to be truly decentralized and and it results into tooling this infrastructure with Benefits every developer in new ecosystem with better tooling better infrastructure better dogs they can build better prog products they can on board Foster and I think we had this uh kind of competition in in our team who can onboard the the developer Foster and uh we've been talking about printing a t-shirt for E Denver with a QR code and just see how a developer scan scans the QR code and how fast they can ship a components on near and I think it might take up to several minutes um because of how efficient this this whole t uh ecosystem is um and finally uh we are not just one uh Dow we are divided into several communities we have deep Tech communities for example we have a ZK Community we host Community calls uh and I myself I run the events community events in heon so it's it's all you know to avoid switching context and to to make sure that everyone who wants to go deeper in in this whole operational process for Dev Hub want to become a contributor they follow a certain community and they become truly a Community member I know we are remote first and I know we don't have a lot of meetups but when we do believe me it's it's very fun and I think I will I'm going to talk more of that um when when I these our plans for this upcoming year um but yeah we're going to see each other more more frequently so uh let's start with a recap uh last year has been hard on everyone emotionally um and economically but I think we are past the hardest and coldest point in crypto winter everyone is talking about upcoming Bo run so I think we we can safely say that we've been through the worst and we've done our best through the worst so let's see what we've done and do we have Boris on the call yeah so uh I want to introduce Boris who runs near campus program just to tell a little bit about our activities in the universities and blockchain clubs so Boris B to you thank you Maria uh well hello everyone yes uh you know last last year and the quarter four four quarter we launch near campus the the idea of the initiative was to start engaging the developers at the when they were starting their careers as you know software Engineers or computer scientists so we started and we basically engage H blockchain clubs so at this point we have around 50 50 University glovs and we have like 30 more coming during 2024 we have big some big names like University of California cact Oxford and but we also you know have a university in the regions we have University in Latin America in Asia we are close to get one in in in turkey and Africa H we with this what they have we we expect to have around access to around 500 un developers and we are also additionally engaging not only with students we're also and with faculty researches post dos the the whole path so the basic idea as I mentioned is like we are trying to get near as a as Maria mentioned with make trying to make near as a part of the standard set of tools that developers use when they are going to school yeah also for the defs so we we did a revamp of the the rails um starting the last year quarter four and then we try to make it more accessible we try to add more office hour more more tools so we've been doing you know a lot of office hours and regular workshops we're doing the T spaces and these have increased significant the engagement of the developers with us uh we are being we be we have become like a regular presence in hackaton in real life events and we will keep doing that on 2024 in the last year you have seen us in the tables in the hackaton doing the workshops so you will keep seeing us there and we're also trying to you know innovate a little giving a little more a a Twist so we can do we can create new opportunities for developers to engage we as H we are we we launched this challenges together with the market team we're are doing the Bounty boosters that are basically a we are we are in incentivizing hackaton winners that are not H their winning haon are near was sponsor so they can you know get a match of part of their H the bounties they win we also have ex Founders that is an accelerator for hon winners and you will see more of this initiative coming up and we also start the regional death R program is basically we are trying to to to expand in regions to scale the death rails activity especially in areas that are not native initially in areas that are in natively English so we started with the Chinese program and we are working with other regions it's taking you know some fine unit but there will be out this year too you will probably see Korea having their own death rails ER Brazil and hopefully one more in Asia so that's that's where we're trying to get so this this will allow us to you know row 10x uh by you know getting enough decentralized tasks for the death activities thank you Boris and I think it's back to me so I'm I'm leading the working group called events and heatons and but I mostly focused on heatons so this year we've been trying to productize everything that we know about hosting heatons about about judging submissions about making bounties so we launched headbox this is a plug andplay solution for Community owned heatons and we hosted uh our first cohort beta cohort and we trated the product a lot but we hosted four heatons from the US to to Africa actually and and I'm very proud to say that we exposed near technology and both technology to over 4,000 people uh obviously not of all of them experence the hacking on near process but I really hope that we we spread the word about near and and great amazing technology and developer experience and as a result of this so I mentioned that only the only metric that matters for us is monthly active developers so we are monitoring the heon submissions throughout the year we had over 200 of them new projects um new startups probably promising or developers who going to join the t h EOS system but uh to make sure that they not just launch something and and leave us for salana or cell whatever blockchain they choose we actually monitoring their activities so uh throughout the last year we learned how to on board uh people on chain and then track their activity uh thanks to sh dog and now we know what those people are up to so we monitor their GitHub repos we monitor their own chain activity and we make sure that they know what to do in your ecosystem after they join so they have several Pathways to join T Hub or become a part of near Horizon cohort and I'm facilitating this process to to make sure that they end up somewhere in the ecosystem and not leave us uh so yeah this is this is our hacking experience and I I truly think that last year we redefined it and we are in for more Innovations and more exciting things and I'm passing on to Orie awesome thanks Maria so yeah I want to talk to you today about the devhub portal which we launched back in 2023 it's been a year already and this is our main interface at devhub it's the One-Stop shop for everything that developers might need on their journey to make an impact on here uh you can share ideas and proposals you can get sponsorship you can find communities and engage with people on a variety of different areas and this portal is open source anyone is welcome to contribute uh for those of you who are here from the very beginning uh you know that that building this portal has been an iterative uh process from day one we've had lots of community uh contributions in fact I see some of the active contributors on this call Mega Peter Thomas Elliot and there are many others so thanks for all for everything we we worked together to launch uh pretty exciting features in the last year including the community spaces GitHub telegram Integrations announcements most recently and many more and all of them help groups to self-organize and collaborate and since we launched the portal we've had a ton of great engagement we've had 400 unique authors contribute over 2,000 long read posts ranging from insightful ideas to detailed Solutions we've provided over 400 sponsorships to promising projects and individuals and also managed large project transitions such as my near wallet and near blocks so yeah we're continuing to iterate on this we have several exciting features lined up uh including uh redesigning the entire proposal journey and transforming the portal into a tool that not only devhub uh can use but a common layer that anyone in the ecosystem any other partner can leverage so please stay tuned for more updates and with that I'm going to turn it over to Joe uh thanks uh when I joined back in October now uh one of the things that came on here is to focus on marketing and engagement uh through deob and we're trying to really build out our own marketing arm uh but in the past you know few months that we've really started to ramp this up uh We've expanded to Tik Tok YouTube LinkedIn and really started to push our our Twitter X experience uh we're even seeing upwards of a few hundred replays for our community calls on YouTube uh we started our own newsletter which we're really excited about with our over 800 subscribers already uh we get a strong open rate and it's really focused on developer related content so whether it's from our challenges or us uh talking about news that's happening in the ecosystem but how it actually affects developers uh we're really trying to focus on that uh we just started a awesome new podcast hosted by AVB you may know him from the ecosystem and then we started to actually start tracking better engagement uh using actually my tool Shard dog and all this kind of goes together of where we're trying to really focus on not just uh marketing but really trying to engage developers all the way through this their Journey so this is something that we're going to continue to expand upon but we've already seen really great growth in the uh past uh past quarter of the Year I'll lead it over to uh Sasha to talk about our exciting and awesome Rebrand that happened at the same time as well hey everyone thanks Joe uh well a tiny intro I'm Sasha and Jo and I joined devhub uh full-time quite recently but the first project I did related to the fub was hackbox uh which you've seen before uh was a great start to start my journey with um devhub and the team and uh let me tell you just a little bit about the overall uh why did we Why did um this whole thing happened so the goal was to build an identity that works uh for and speaks to developers Builders and near enthusiasts and from the design and communication perspectives we aimed to create a flexible and scalable system that firstly would be instantly recognized as a part of broader near ecosystem but at the same time would have its own identity and style so um I was looking for friendly geeky wi planted some Mr eggs here and there and uh most importantly we work really closely with the most amazing team ever uh they were deeply involved in the whole process and this is like a huge part of the success that this Rebrand has been um it was taken really well by the community and um of course we like you might have seen Ilia himself wearing our hoodie U and not only him uh if you hacked with us and uh you definitely some of you did uh you might have some nfts or swag uh that we had uh released with this uh Rebrand and uh be on the lookout for what we do for Denver because um we went a bit crazy there because this is East Denver so um looking forward to that and um I think with that I will pass it on to the one and only FR to talk about tooling and infrastructure and all of the exciting things oh yeah for sure well Tech we we need to talk about it uh even though um it's not all of it and I'm happy that we have this very diverse team that's what where I want to start uh we actually finally finding this uh unique ingredient to to get all the developers um feel at home and I think the the key ingredient was this this Power Team uh that we have here with devhub uh but speaking about the tack uh I think um what we were promising always at near and what we are approaching even closer the days is actually the best developer experience um and we have two very powerful EOS systems at our disposal uh the rust EOS system which is the most loved programming language ever and I am huge fan of rust and uh you definitely um saw a lot of contributions from me on on that stack uh and and we have uh a lot of cool stuff in the progress uh that I hope will make this experience just so uh so easy that uh even we would even go to k Gardens teaching year next year so IDE experience uh that is going to be online or local ID that easy to choose from and your environment will ready in under five minutes easily that's our uh goal for next week uh next month we will try to shink it down further uh GS ecosystem on the other hand is the most popular uh and the the biggest ecosystem in the um in the space so we definitely need to um recognize this fact and also build the best tooling possible uh for those developers actually we had a a cool uh Community call yesterday for tooling where we where Community shared all their best uh latest updates on the tooling side uh and you will be able to watch it in recording uh and I totally recommend it but overall this is how the online ID that you can get up and running in under five minutes looks like and you have all this carger near C and near DEC near work spaces all the all the tooling compile compil together and hopefully in the like um in this year we will make it even easier to reason about and understand how these all things fit together even though I I I already see that it's many people recognize that it's already easy enough I think there is still room for improvement always uh so moving on to the JavaScript stack there are actually two side of the story there one is the development of the smart contracts in JavaScript which is uh near ISD kgs uh stack and we have um again Partners uh that we established through devhub agap is helping us to build this uh education platform where you can learn interactively how to use nearest dek GS and go through the tutorials uh which are awesome in my opinion so also check it out and uh the next part of the story is is the boss obviously which is also JavaScript stack uh but it's a frontend side and Jutsu is another cool project that we are happy to have in neara system and currently being integrated even better into the hackbox experience of like for hackathons and first touch um for the developers and I personally saw how people got unboarded through these set of tools that we built during the hackathons um knowing nothing about the tech and being becoming very productive with it or knowing nothing about the front and development and being very productive and getting the deployed app in under an hour um which was amazing uh success in my opinion for the full boss like Concept in general uh which is super easy to grasp and play around with um so and uh next slide um this is the this wouldn't be possible without you guys so all all the contributors um who we onboarded through devhub through the fellowship program uh through just uh helping out people to orient um themselves around um I try to do my best to to come and we had over a thousand of commits contributed like pool requests um to all various projects out there we maintain 20 plus projects uh CIS is De case uh and their dependencies um we cut 30 plus releases and now they are smooth and the only um Pro like the last mile is near the ks to finally polish it 5.0 release coming soon and again yeah a lot of great contributors who helped us on the way to achieve all of this um beautiful future which is happening near uh and with this I'm passing it to Ori to talk about the communities and Technical governance which is also very important awesome thanks for all yeah so really uh technical governance and decentralized decision making is one of the key focuses of devhub it's actually the scope that we started out with uh you know at the very beginning and to help us shape the near development together we've introduce the near enhancement proposal as a way to allow anyone to submit new proposals you know for protocol upgrades contract standards changes Etc and in order to help uh move those proposals forward uh review them thoroughly make sure that they're legit we launched over six formal work groups with subject matter experts to review and make decisions and together with the community we've approved over 35 NPS over this last year and discussed over 75 proposals across the tech stack and it's been really exciting to see because every day we are making the process better we're learning we're iterating and you can go back and see each one of those proposals you can go back and watch the recordings on YouTube and see the exact notes and how the decision was arrived and you can also go to GitHub to see the full history and in addition we've launched many different Community groups who have held over 35 calls to brainstorm new ideas and solutions some of which resulted in uh new NEP so it's been really great to see and yeah really encourage anyone who wants to propose an idea to go ahead and do so or to start a community we really believe that that is the way to to build a decentralized ecosystem by giving a a way for anyone to to participate so yeah with that I will turn it back over to Maria yeah happy to present our progress as as a timeline so we've been here for a while actually we've been here since 202 in 22 we we launched naps and War groups but our portal has been launched launched only 23 and and then it was followed by launching the fellowship program and we hosted 35 Plus Community calls I'm proud to say that I attended at least half of them I think the the ones that were in my time zone um so we decentralized the Deo as I already mentioned and we launched hackbox to scale our hackaton uh we launched near campus to engage with tech schools and universities and now we're proud to say that we boarded more than 100 students and finally in Q4 just before newon we did this amazing Rebrand to make the Deva brand approachable and and hip if I don't sound like an elderly Millennial here I really like our brand and I really I'm really proud to wear this this hoodie so come to East Denver grab some swag or come to one of of the East Global heatons that we are going to support this year uh to to get your hoodie or your your T-shirt or maybe rubber duck who knows just to celebrate our community because as Vlad said several times this couldn't have happen without you uh we have more than 165 Community contributors and partners individuals teams amazing talents Visionaries developers thank you all this this journey has been incredible thanks to you so we can take a look at our plans in this upcoming year we planned a lot we have a lot in store maybe some surprises maybe some Innovations who knows so let's see what we can do uh with with those verticals of our so um in terms of awareness and engagement we will do more the focused content blog articles podcasts Twitter spaces you name it we have it and actually we want to open this to to the community as well we want to we want it to be interactive basically so uh our next Twitter space I think this hosted this Friday we're going to highlight the hour is Denver Bounty so join uh be a part of the conversation and contribute because this this kind of content production is a two-way street uh we already launched the ongoing challenges so each month you can hack on here you can earn bages and you can win uh and participate in the future heatons um and we already launched this reputation building platform through bees so the more you have the more bages you earn uh and we really hope that it sticks and becomes addictive who knows um in terms of universities and boot camps uh we are launching the quoted Le cohort for New York campus um and universities and blockchain clubs can apply it's an open application process uh and we are also scouting so we're in the world looking for the best boxing clubs to join uh the ecosystem uh we are issuing research Brands uh and we do the camps cohort so more on that if you if you're interested if you want to apply University ofo wants to apply Boris is the guy to talk about this um events and heatons U that's my domain so we're we're going to do four cohorts for heatons and meetups we're going to do a new product called hackbox Meetup for those who are not ready to host a whole hackaton just yet but want to do a near Meetup in their city and we want to see more of that so if you want to host you know a laidback pizza and beer developer Hangout just just send me a note and we will make make it happen and we already signed the partnership with this Global for this year we're going to support five fit Global heckadon starting with eth London in March um and also just just to announce that we will have hopefully uh a near native hackaton platform at last so Dev Dow operations we will relaunch the portal once again and we will streamline the payments with the trustees so the the process for for our contributors will will be more streamlined and more comfortable and more hopefully more fast and lean um we will also scale the partnership with organizations in the ecosystem regarding the tooling infrastructure we also have a lot in store so we um I think it's ambitious to say to that we will have the best devx but we will have the best devx I I think it's it's it's an no-brainer we will have it uh for both components and and for the rest of the tools in the ecosystem and uh also we are working on out of the box ZK AI multi-chain tools so all of the narrative that near is Shifting towards to uh the the chain obstruction the user own AI we're here to support it and we embrace it and we actually um not afraid to say we Pioneer it because we are a community of developers and just just to remind so in terms of developer relations we will launch in addition to our Chinese team and our Global team will launch Regional Devo teams in late latam and Asia uh we will also Foster our regional certified developer programs if you have any questions about that frol is here to answer any of them and we will also Foster the developer incentive program so there is a lot uh in store for us uh and I really hope that you will be here to follow our progress to contribute to cheer up to wear those Dev Hub hoodies on your podcasts and and and yes and and streams and whatnot so yeah uh I really hope that we can C to you uh for your support uh in this upcoming year and I promise that we can deliver uh the best developer experience there is in the ecosystem so um I think we can shift to the Q&A section ah no it's this the most it's actually the most important slide and I almost forgot about it so how can you get involved D so please join one of our programs if you're in you take this one yeah so the blockchains uh the blockchain clubs when they start with the join their campus they are expected to uh run activities uh per term so each cohort is one per term so we're doing a spring we're doing fall spring and and summer so yeah that's that's a cohort that's a the the group of blockchain clubs that are working during this during the semester to uh do near activities with us we also have a question about the fellowship how do you how does one become a contributor for the fellowship that's probably a vlood question yeah well um that I'm we we I'm actually trying to onboard more um people who can become great buddies leaders for those who will join the new system to contribute to the tooling um I'm like I'm actually using the previous cohort that I managed to on board and they already are familiar with the the process to become leaders but it's not all for everybody to lead others um that's why yeah if if you have any interest just let me know um and we will align and definitely fellowship program um is like two sides basically Fellowship lead we need more Fellowship leaders who can lead even more Fellowship contributors um so I'm talking specifically about the fellowship uh leaders that I am happy to on board but I'm also helping uh Fellowship contributors to be more productive on here so both Works um drop me a message or like started in the best with would be to start the discussion in some of our uh public U chat chats and um follow what's what's going on there good first issue is always great to pick up on um like near work uh GitHub and just try try it out there hope that answers question if not let me know and the next question I see from the chat uh are we keeping boss branding uh near GSS better well it it is yeah it's up to debate I guess um what I personally believe that we put so much effort into boss branding I I personally wouldn't recommend going anywhere from it and and keep using it uh near GS is great but it's some bigest how do we differentiate it from near uh SD care GS and the front end story so to to be honest I think we don't need to put so much emphasis on boss like near is boss but rather just use blockchain operting system as that term to to to to refer to the specific approach to building the front um that's that's my take um try to answer short oh what's have a question for Bor about the uh the plan for this certified programs how would that work and where would it pilot for these be launched first yeah so the certified program based of what you know previous experiments of near with this so we we wanted to do it you know first we wanted to launch do a pilot and see how it work and we did some changes basically Dev hop is not doing the certification we are just becoming uh working with different teams or groups that want to do the become certifiers and then we work together developing the curriculum and stuff like that so the first team that developed their their certification a um was open with Academy in Mexico the idea is that we have a a standard ER if any group or or team wants to do certification they just have to uh adapt implement the curriculum we have we have the sign so the first one doing that is open we Academy in Spanish uh they are Bas they basically running cohorts ER the first one were short only very intro uh all the all they have the all the reports and the videos and the content online and then they will do they started working on the second one there will be longer and for more experienced developers while still keeping the the int level workshops so the idea is to launch the next now now that this seems to be working that we now have we now have like a curriculum and we're working with chart dog to also give the CER their certificate as a as an nftd so we are ready to expand to other regions so the idea is that that we will be working with teams that want to become certifiers and they will Implement their curriculum and they will run their workshops and activities related to theer certification that's the general idea thank you Boris I think there is another question for you how does a person go sign up for the Val per relations program do they need to set up a three month proposal and submit on dev hog yeah the decentralized of RA is supposed to be teams right we are trying to es scale the the the activities so we want to look at teams that want to do a specific def rails in regions so yeah we can we can talk about it we can discuss we can give you you know we we we would like to see what your team is and what what what do you think you're capable of and then we work to get in a proposal we post a proposal and in everything goes well it probably get approved but it's a process especially at this time we need to understand the teams we need to know who who's working we have some very strict rules some most of them are not very strict but some we have some limitations that I mean you you you shouldn't be getting funding from any other and near um venue like NDC or foundation and stuff like that and so yeah and talk to us and if you have a team and you have a region or area you you think you want to cover let's talk about it and let's see if we can you know help you develop the proposal and make it you know become one of the decentralized team where is but quick question if there is a individual um contributor feels like it can contribute is there a way to invol get involved for individ contributors yes talk to us ER we have some if you have if you have something you want to tackle uh you can definitely make a proposal if you have doubt about if the proposal is worth we can discuss it before but or you just can just go ahead and and and pause the proposal and if not and if you just want to get involved you talk to us we have some things we are we are going to release some rfps and we will trying to get as the community for more for more involvement so probably you can get into those right away so the best the first step is talk to us in the in the telegram group and yeah we can probably have a conversation I can probably take uh the question about uh the chain of construction questions from Dev so oh and lud mail answer that we didn't have a lot of questions so far but probably this is because we didn't have any chain obstruction think there is a question about the near SDK JS for would you like to take this one uh what is the status of near sdjs and can we build a production ready contract in Gs uh do we have examples um well I believe that near kgs has evolved pretty significantly and it is um definitely a great tool to explore near e system and to to understand the basic concepts and how to like how the contracts even operate I think something like uh near social contract could have been implemented in Gs uh well or at least the simpler version of it I personally prefer rust but uh I from what I see for many of the simple um tasks that are not involved with like that are like heavy on security requirements I would probably go and try JavaScript uh SDK and use it um I wouldn't say that it's well just nature of JavaScript it is error prone uh so I I can't really recommend it to to go for something security security uh um or performance um critical but it is a great tool to get started and the syntax is somewhat aligned with r version so the upgrade from GS to to rust wouldn't be a huge step then so or just get learn rest uh as suggested in the chat um yeah hope that answers see I have one for Matias
