this talk is about g5 primitives and about composability of defy and how everything works so I did some work by extracting primitives from existing defy projects and for now I found three main categories of them first one is the key musician second one is exchanges and third one is ranging there are a few wants which are out of these three types like like insurance but they are not really composable too much to to include them into like primitives which are composable so and tokenization primitives for for example this stable coins like portfolios which are also recognized and when multiple people own portfolio they all one like such talking to fill its portfolio also derivatives this is like having like options or futures on some tokens but they're still recognized and you can trade them also payment streams is one primitive which is not currently be implemented in like a fad final stage but some teams are working on this they are producing some rapid tokens which also includes like continuous continuous payments in inside so we can for example wrap our diet organ into like payment day and then set up a stream seams between people where someone wanna pay like 10 died per week or like this and balances will be like computable and they will work like with formulas so whenever you will check your balance it will just add everything that should be added since your last transaction and subtract everything that should be extracted since your last transaction so exchanges are usually I see three types this is orderable base it exchanges where supply meets demand and yeah you can discover different orders of different prices and when you see orders you wish to kill you can fill them and also liquidity are optimized market makers this is smart contracts which are usually driven by some formula and they can establish like a reliable price that anyone will trade with this more contract so smart conduct will be like a limit order but not fix it price it price usually changed and it depends on the volume so and it it works usually after magic but sometimes they use also Oracle's but this is not necessary and aggregators this is a new kind of exchanges which tries to aggregate all the different liquidity so the most open single decks the worst will be the rate so if you could imagine all this the excess would would be unified in to see single huge decks you you can get a better rate so the reason aggregators appear it is that a liquidity on the excess is really too fragmented and aggregators are solving this problem and landing someone forgot don't want to sell it because using the price is too low you can put this either into a LinkedIn platform and then borrowed some day and and extract extract it into your bank account waste it spend it and whenever you will decided that other price is high enough you will be able to return your day and extract your collateral other also leverage application is also by base it on landing and one interesting thing also is lottery I know single lottery on on landing protocols but maybe other will appear so in this presentation I'm going to cover two topics tokenization and landing and I'm not gonna say about exchanges because about exchanges I have a separate presentation it's also quite big ok so let's start from stable tokens so I stood some of them some of them works in a centralized manner some of them under centralized and some of them are aggregators here I showed how centralized stable coins works some custodian holder looks for example USD on its bank account and he's an owner and administrator of stable token and he can mean when someone brings him money and when someone won't extract money he can burn these tokens and do transfer from his bank account some of these custodian providers they do have like out deeds that they're they have all the money they're talking about they all the all the tokens they issued a bacon some all day and don't have a yeast so it's like this also there are some stable tokens which are like decentralized they work in different manner for example dye is decentralized stable token to USD and simply how it works varies some system of smart contracts which works the same way to have a stabilize the price of this token and anyone can issue this die you can print this die by putting some collateral in different asset for example maker Dow die supports two collateral for now or even three it's either use DC and bet so you can put 200 200 k box of error and print for example 100 k of die so it sounds like this centralized landing protocol yes and it behaved the same and if your collateral will drop in price if your position could be liquidated so your position is usually called that you have some collateral and some depth and collateral is somehow locked in the system yeah and even sometimes collateral could be on different blockchain there are a few projects who are trying to achieve this and they compete for the best implementation for best idea how to implement this they have like for example Bitcoin collateral and they issue Bitcoin token on ethereum blockchain yeah and also I want to mention one interesting project that have a lot of different stable tokens it is synthetics project they even have other token which called SD th which is stable token together and of course they have like s news D s here and many many other ok so the next is portfolios so there are there is a classification of portfolios if you put multiple tokens into smart context they can behave differently like there are instantly balance in portfolios which keep which tries to keep your portfolio always in sin it's always balance it in some special proportions so you can have like for example the basic example is a union so you can have half of you deposit in either and half of you deposit in any other token and when price price changes it will automatically be balanced by creating opportunity for our betrayers to swap on it to sell token which became which price change it or by this token and arbitrage the opportunity they trade to proceed and they balance new portfolio so the oldest one of these projects is banker the next one was Yunus wall then curve and the latest one is balancer so ya and varies also projects we're rebalancing strategy or swap strategy is quite difficult to understand not really understand it is not like common strategy they have different configurable strategies you can configure your this is projects token sets Mellon so I have slide about instantly balancing portfolios I have similar slide in my Dex presentation because instantly balancing portfolios I usually work as the X's on their own they are like automatic market makers and yeah you can look at like on portfolio tokens which somehow manages your portfolio and you can look at them like on the exes because they allows people to swap any asset to aim with some internal formulas so here we can see that you swap for example has smart hunters where every smart contract is where of a token and other and they're like always balancing so balancer is like multi talk and you swap with different proportions banker is like is similar to uniform but a period earlier and they have like a different formulas to have different proportions and also they even started to have multiple tokens in single pool and curve is is a recent project which appears like a few weeks ago maybe one month ago or two months ago it works on different formula which allows to swap stable coins between each other for better rate than unislope and other projects and yeah it is still like rebalancing and creating opportunities for betrayers yeah so this is how your position should look like in complex rebalancing projects so proportions could be changed some internal roots could be wasted on some chart primitives like Eris I SMR and other so this smart contracts could analyze price how it change it and decide if they wanna sell some toy can know by some token and then they could create some kind of option option to to allow arbitrary - to do all these swabs because they usually do not allow to swap like immediately because they're trying to keep it decent realized even so even those one who some of these tokens also have managers or admins who can change these proportions and they should not affect on user fans and so the next big chapter is landing so I see here three different types as I said boring leveraging lottery and how usually lenient behaves the Rasim order book ways it landing protocols but I don't include them since they're not for quite useful because if you have all these different options for landings and beurling's budget on orders you can't like make this liquidity fungible among all the users but decentralizing lading protocols which pool bases like compound food from Iowa and GeForce and maybe some others they works all in the similar manner and very home-like over upper tokens so if you wanna put your dye into these protocols you can convert this dye into she died without any slippage for some pixel price which is actual for this smart contract right now more than 1000 bucks if you have 1,000 bucks collateral but when you get some amount of dye for example you worried 100 to die the amount you should return is continuously growing wasted on yearly APR and nearly APR is dependent on how many how many fans inside this pool are provided and how many fans of this provided liquidity is already boarded the more boring it the higher will be interest rate your debt is always increasing and you can never pay it out but you will not be able also extract your collateral and your collateral should be always higher than your depth if your depth will reach like 90% of collateral you will be liquidated so your collateral will be swap it on to die and return it to the pool and you have nothing yeah so that's how works borrowing you have some funds you can put it into collateral you can get some depth and you will get these tokens from depth on your hands so if you put either you will have collect you have to cognize it recognize it come in as collateral see ever and you will have also border with die on on your hands and you will not be able to move this see either from your wallet because every time you try to move collateral it checks if you have that and you you you you will not be able to move your collateral out of your wallet maybe you will be able to move some part of your collateral yeah so that's how it works and one more interesting idea is based on these lending protocols is leverage how we can create like a leverage position it is that if we for example have 1,000 bucks k or for example either and we want to create long con ever today we can turn our position are all 1000 K of bucks we can turn it to 3000 k of box of either of collateral and to thousands of K of die adept so difference of your collateral and your debt is your funds if we will compare with the previous image you will see that you have some bullet amount on your hands and the reason you open this position is that you need this asset but when you are creating leverage you don't need some assets or on hands you need to have a lot of other for example palatalized compounded you calculate it okay and if price of error will grow for five percents you will earn 15 persons because this other is yours but if price will drop five persons you fifteen persons so leverage this is three 3x leverage shot on the picture and it increases your opportunities and also your losses yeah so some people use leverage when they are very sure what will happen to price they can like create long con either to die or they can long die to either this will be like shorten either to die it's the same yeah and the lending protocols works for this so how you can like create this position you can put your assets into collateral get some depth then converge with the debt into yet again and put it as collateral then extract get more depth and converge it again you can repeat this or you can even achieve the same with some tools like we built on hackathon 1x AG it allows you to do with the same with the singleton short transaction with single conversion inside it it was with flash loans you could imagine if you have 1000 we can have flash loan for two additional thousands of day converted to either put it as collateral I get some depth boring then source is borrowing together and return flash loan so this the same could be achieved like with flash borrowed funds so this needs just one iteration in this case yeah and the next thing is lottery buys it on ranging since you're characterized assets are growing always so price of cedar together is always growing price of she died to die is always growing so if you for example board something your depth is growing continuously and if you characterize it something converted your opinion on stable coins being locked collateral something like an actual dollar or a foreign currency in a bank is was on your presentation versus something that we've seen which is more of an a native stable currency something you know with a reverse dutch option on a you know inflationary deflationary currency to provide stability to you know some stable maybe a little more maybe circle ish you know what's your opinion on that as i see that centralized stable tokens they worked better I mean the price is usually close to original but most of the stable tokens which had centralized or also have some cons you know you should check each of these tokens if they have like blacklist in functionality because those people who bring these assets into blockchain and those who are gonna extracted from blockchain interacting with this bank account this is one category of users but another category of users who will just use this token and will now interact with this bank account and will never have this in mind they will just use this token in blockchain and benefit from having stable token this vector could achieve this with different defi instruments I mean if people if someone cares about its assets like if you have huge enough who became like a target for some KYC IML or any other procedures he should possibly check if token source code have like blacklisted because I heard that read like a few weeks ago someone stable coins were blacklisted and someone is not able to move his funds to different wallet just because stable token centralized administrator look at his wallet we can't know when this could happen or not but if stable talking for example don't have blacklist in functionality this is safer for the users and I really like the stable tokens which are decentralized like maker down or any other it seems like a good idea to to have to frame this and I also like that we have everything I mean we have to choose so you can use one or another so recently died price pump it a lot because everyone tried to buy die to to liquidate some positions and price is not yet returned it to one box it's one person higher now so it's quite difficult we'll say which is better so it depends sometimes you would like to use decentralized stable token but its price will not be stable and the you will not like to buy for example I would not suggest you to buy dye about future of the exes with some investors for example some of them see that fragmentation of the exes will grow some of them think that some Legion Texas will just became more popular and most of the area will be concentrated on them but as far as I see that new automated market makers appears like curve happened like a few weeks ago it seems like it's cool idea because before blockchain no one had like fully autonomous trading system which is like providing community for everyone so I believe that fermentation will grow and we will see the more the more cool projects like pools and and like different Dex's and so because they fizz for different needs for for example curve is works better than any other for stable tokens and it's like separate kind maybe we'll see more separate kind of pools yeah but also you ask you the ball Sheldon I believe we will move to Charlotte systems in like a few years so it will took maybe one two years to to have like stables charged systems which will be capable to handle users and have enough projects and yeah I see that non share these systems could not grow for our users capacity so what for now we see whenever etherium gas price explode on few hundred thousand users simultaneously trying to sell the coins and yeah I believe that shagging is my turf for wide adoption and we will see that some tokens will have bridges to a new block chains and then some projects will be just copied and I believe we will see new kind of the excess which will be like shared indexes and will actually benefit from Charlotte because if we put like curves smart contract or unislope smart contract into Charlotte system you will not actually benefit from Sheldon because transaction capacity of this smart contract will be strictly limited to to single shot it's like still being in a ceremony which is like boosted by using Waze maybe mmm it sounds like it could have a hundred transactions per second but it's not enough for for example if you will just put the ice bar contract to charge it blockchain having a few hundred transactions per second is not enough sure so we will see new smart contracts which will benefit from Sheldon cocoa systems like charges smart conduct architecture there are some questions in the chat chat so question for marks so if my depth exceeds the collateral the collateral get liquidated how's this implemented on the technical level - collateral just become unlockable or it is actually taken getting liquidated if later its liquidated next time I tell you the contract now a system could not track who should be liquidated at this exact moment so some any other user could check this and tell system when someone need to be liquidated system will check if if it's true this means since you're either collateral for example and you have direct and you have other collateral since your actual error is located in to see other you have see error on balance and it this means that you have some other locket in this see other smart counter this means that they can just change your balance of see error get this error swap it to die and return this diet to the pool and also place some person to remembers when you put your collateral gear depth converted to collateral asset and put it as collateral again no remember this system only remembers their total depth in each asset and total reason but it's quite simple you should just deny transfer of this token to anyone because transferring depth to random person is not a good idea but having transfer form should should be load you can the browser I will find them working and this makes sense for me that building like cool small projects it is working and we should find which project projects could have like a good traction so we will try different projects and those projects which will give us good traction we will like work on them and just one examples that one inch was actually was born at the 8th New York hackathon and the judge is none of the judges was able to recognize the potential such a Kuwait year so it just uses an example that the current hackathons face the year under the they cannot see the body like projects and the recognize the value that they can bring to the market yeah this happens at time to time yeah so but if you believe and you you could see some traction that users start using your project then I believe you could spend few months on it and you will see how new users appears even without having like a marketing budget because we build one inch without spending even a box for marketing we just posted a lot of tweets for each feature and we will just build a community behind in the one inch and yeah and deliver the product about the New York hackathon I guess it's my bad is
