incredible guests joining us we have idia the founder of near Portugal we have Amos the founder of meta web Ventures and we have the core contributor of linear pugal Stanley in the space welcome thank you so much for joining us today and okay so since you guys are super you know serious and quiet and you know what I've got this Burning questions on my mind it seems like our three guests today yeah you see idas from near Portugal am representing meta web Ventures and Stanley as a core contributor of n year it seems like different projects I bet we are all curious to know like okay so what's the connection between these three uh yeah how do they relate to each other so yeah any volunteers who can answer this question first yeah so so maybe I can I can do a quick intro first and then you know uh Stanley and IIA can can can do theirs respectively and and wish you know you can see that the does being connected uh so my name is Amos Jang I'm the founder of meta webc uh where early stage uh crypto Ventures um founded um about two years ago and some of backers include near Foundation uh squo Capital dragonfly andz of the world um and in terms of my my relation with with near and lir so so I was one of the the early team member of near uh the marketing BD partnership product uh we multipower have back then because it was so so early and and linear is the project uh that would kind of you know help uh incubate over the years uh right now it's one of the largest know def5 protocol on near and I think recently uh the token the governance token actually got listed on gate hence why the the am today so super excited U maybe you want to do a quick intro for ourself as well yeah hi everyone great to be here thanks for organizing this I'm IIA co-founder of near protocol and uh yeah been uh kind of working with amus uh across different functions and uh across the ecosystem uh for a while and excited to uh talk about chain abstraction and uh how near and linear uh fit into this uh kind of movement that we are all pushing now yeah so uh for my side I'm stany I'm the I'm the cor at linear protocol so yeah we've been uh building on since 2021 launched protocol in 2022 um and you know and and then uh became the biggest Li protocol on near also the biggest by T near um we've been working very closely with you know with near foundation with basically every party in near to boost the ecosystem and uh recently we are um also upgrading um over narrative and we're moving on to a bigger Vision which is risk taking and which is also very related to uh near uh advancing into transction and we can you know talk about that more later yeah yes yes we're going to definitely talk about this to be honest I haven't like you know quite understand between okay what's the difference between staking and raking because I I do understand okay raceing is a highly popular topic lately and to be honest I I check the linear website uh for me probably I'm a newb but for me it seems like okay so I can St I can take my near token in linear so yes I really want to know okay so so I I checked the introduction of the uh Nar so Nar is a Oman liquid sticking platform empowering a chin abstractive webay future so yes this is interesting I do notice a few key terms in the introduction that caught my attention we have Omi chin raking as I said super popular topic right and Chin abstraction so guys maybe you want to clear my doubt first just see me as a newbie what is the difference between just you know traditional staking and uh reaking yeah sure um I you want to go ahead St yeah I was just suggesting you should take this one yeah yeah sure um so basically you know like staking is the you know is the most basic activity activity you can do on a blockchain so basically you you know uh you stake and as a like near or ethereum you know to the nose you to help secure the blockchain right that's a fundamental mechanic on you know of of a PS blockchain and a liquid staking protocol basically unlocks liquidity for stakers who stake their assets because you know after you staking your let's say your near you know into a near node um you know you you you you will be like that asset will be kind of like locked within a node for a period of time so and if you want a liquid receipt of your staking and then you want to re use that receipt elsewhere in defi you will you know need a liquid sticking protocol and that's what linear has been doing previously and answer RIS taking I think like RIS taking is actually a totally different you know primitive so basically um you previously with POS you know all those stick assets they're only used to secure one thing and that's the blockchain right stti near is only used to secure near blockchain so that's one thing but with race taking you can reuse the security provided by St assets on the P chain to secure other stuff so that's the basic idea so uh like I believe you know like I layer U pioneered the uh the whole concept of raking you know they were so they built the you know the whole stack um on etherum you know enabling um like etherum stakers to you know to sort of like land out you know their Stak e to secure applications other than etherum and what we're trying to do at linear and also near is to also is to make this whole process more Gnostic so because you know I is built on top of ethereum and right now it's you know it's solely serving ethereum but you know in a multi-chain future other assets you know other than etherum I think they you know they will they will survive and they will also I'll say have the value to be reused by other by other applications especially multichain cross chain applications so that's the thing that we're doing you know with linear ring we will enable raking assets like near and even more you know and using IG layers info uh and it's very you know relative to transction so I think you know you know we should uh actually you know move on to transction and the in you know to to to discuss the big topic um you know in the room so uh yeah yeah I I can maybe uh give a quick idea about chain abstraction and and some examples and yeah we can relate it back to what uh Stanley been talking about so the core idea of chain abstraction is really um not the technology but the approach for the end user the idea that as an end user uh you really want to be able to navigate the whole web three space and uh find pretty much the Economic Opportunity the cool experiences the entertainment whatever you are looking for uh be able to you know find a work and and do the work and not need to be bed down in details of infrastructure of you know exact uh chain that uh the specific smart contract runs on the exact Bridge that's requir to stand funds the exact gas token that you need to pay and that's kind of the you know super high level the vision of this movement is to bring Technologies uh across the whole webs stack to really enable this and to do that you need everything from uh kind of security aggreg ation right this you know reaking is part of that stack you have ZK provs you have you know data availability you have um aggregation of ZK proofs through aggregation layer uh but then the other important piece is and we uh actually uh launched this today called chain signatures is really allow any individual user to transact across all the chains now if there is Unified security or some security uh kind of unification to be able to not think about oh I need to you know new wallet new address I need to deposit something I need to find which Bridge working like all of that should be hidden behind the scene and if you go even above that what you want is just kind of provide your intent I want to you know buy some bong right or I want to ape into a new touch token that just launched on near and so how are you you you know how exactly the transaction happening you know what swap pools are executed all of this doesn't matter uh you just kind of providing this intent and then there is sophisticated actors who know uh which you know which cont parties they can use how to execute kind of and solve for this intent that actually can fulfill it but again as a user you just have a singular interface right something like dabdab for example where you have all the uh different applications from different chains in one experience and you're able to just log in and start using them and not need to switch networks you know figure out gas fees Etc so that's kind of the vision there's a lot of you know moving pieces under the hood to really fulfill this Vision it's it's coming together across near Cosmos ethereum ecosystems and then we'll see salana and others joining as well um but the core benefit is for the user to really uh kind of remove the complexity that we see right now and fragmentation that we see right now in that three thanks for the explanation thank you guys for being my teacher and tell me all about this New Concept so why does this chain abstraction like holds such significance in crypto okay so why why this chain abstraction is so important um like it seems to like yeah it's like okay it needs a lot of definitely high tech knowledge here and some innovations that yeah I I think so maybe just to to give kind of an idea right so near started with chain abstraction kind of um philosophy in mind from the start right we've designed the near Network to pretty much remove as much of technological complexity from users and developers as possible right so just an as an example near is scalable blockchain the way it scales is by adding more shards uh and kind of the way to think about it is as if you know when there is enough de demand the new rollup kind of spins up automatically and rebalances users to a new rollup but as a user you don't need to think about it right you don't need to know even as a developer that there is uh kind of shards under the hoood for you it's a single chain similarly we design our account model in such a way that you are able to kind of log in from different devices you don't need to really manage your um kind of seat phrase you don't have to uh you know create a new account when you want to switch to for example smart contract account multi-stake or or sell your account turning into nft because all accounts are uh smart contracts we have meta transactions so you don't need to pay transaction fees uh initially when you're starting as a new user all of these were decisions to really simplify and recing and so what we in result have is a chain that has the most users in web 3 right here has over 10 million monthly actives we have kind of uh weekly and I think weekly we have more users than next four chains combined something like that and so that's really the benefit of this is now we can onboard users who don't even know they using blockchain but they're benefiting from you know lower transaction fees uh for example for Kai Ching it was you know uh pretty dramatic reduction switching from Web Two from stripe to web 3 near it's like 10 to 100x reduction fee for microtransactions and the users don't you know didn't even know it and they can like start uh you know using their non-custodial wallets and kind of over time learned more and more uh functionality is available for them and so yes now with this you know we want to continue growing this near has been growing actually 10x every year on on active user uh and so if we want to get to you know the goal I stated in 21 to get to a billion users uh we need to continue simplifying this experience but also uh you know near is just one ecosystem there's limited number of experiences that you can have here and so with chain signatures the biggest benefit is now the users we on boarding are not limited by kind of experience build on near now they can transact across the whole web three and so kind of in the way we're creating this uh flywheel where more users now can transact AC and interact with more applications and now these applications getting users that are kind of really easy to on board through near and that attracts more users and more applications to kind of build in web 3 and so this is all toward our vision how do we get you know all people in the world to really own their data assets and Power of Choice yes as a user uh I think this is more user friendly and much easier and it's really yeah for me it seems like okay who doesn't like the you know a easier an easier way to get on board and uh who doesn't like the lower gas fee uh so uh to some degree I can understand it okay so it's it's it's it's even like safer right because you like mentioned about smart contract because when every time I heard about smart contract I will worried about the safety so but but you make everything simpler so is that more safe or it doesn't like really matter like okay these two are not like really highly related um yeah well I can mention first and maybe I don't know fam wants to add more stuff but the the idea here is that um through this methodology right an account abstraction that near has you can start rolling out security features as well like second fast authentication social recovery ability to have uh kind of more sophisticated actors who Implement your intent so you don't need to manually figure out you know if this bridge got hacked that you're using is the you know is it safe to do this and and like it's the front end that I'm using being you know trying to steal all my money through approvals so in general yes it's also by abstracting this out and moving the complexity and understanding of the technical details to more sophisticated like relay and solvers uh it actually making it safer for an user because they don't need to think about kind of all specific details of you know how things are working and like if this blockchain you know is even replicatable because uh it's posting data but nobody can run the node yes that's impressive I Yeah you mentioned a lot about near like I want to know like what makes near the best blockchain to build chain AB ruction and uh how close will the relationship be between a chain obstruction and near I I I I understand that you mentioned a little bit before but please tell us more about it well yeah so I mean I can start but yeah let let's get also am too as a um as a representative here that that looks across uh many different chains and many different applications so for for near you know we started with this chain obstruction mindset and so a lot of the decisions we've made have been toward this goal in general right and we we called it more like hey we wanted as simple to use blockchain but uh kind of the idea is the same and because of this you know we have a very sophisticated account abstraction model that allows for a lot of programmability and make it really easy to um to kind of unboard users and make it make it straightforward to use uh even in sophisticated use cases and so that is uh I would say like one of the primary uh reasons why near is really good place to uh kind of initiate your journey in web 3 and use other chains and use other apps across the ecosystem also near uh kind of compared to for example salana is focusing on ability to service many users uh at scale right even as more users are joining we can continue increasing the uh the capacity of the network right by adding more shards so near Network just added two more shards over past two weeks increasing capacity by 50% um and so that's a again the tradeoff there you know we maybe we don't have a singular kind of state that you can for example build maybe highly composable D5 protocols and so you now can have you know this uh place where it's easy to unboard users it can handle billions of users but then you can route them to other chains which maybe have a more interconnected defi ecosystems so that's kind of the idea is like in this chain abstraction world you know near can serve as entry point Gateway and kind of um platform to really host all this users but then these users can now interact with all of the other web3 applications and ecosystems yes thanks for the explanation and and my next question okay so we will be to Amos I'll give his like mic uh okay Amos here's the your question like all right then linear is already the biggest liquid staking ptical on near so yeah so we want to know what's the n's next move and how is it related to Chin abstraction yeah so so I should probably hand a question over to to stany uh because he he's the one that that contributed to to linear the most but but before doing that just like a couple things I want to add on top of like what Elia just said uh in terms of like your question regarding security uh so I think like all the chains spend so much effort uh to have like really strong you know consensus algorithm with you know cryptographic you know mechanism to to try to help user to secure right uh but sometime people really forgot about like the the sometimes the the security bridge and some of the largest one actually come from the human aspect uh so back to you know what crypto is like right now for example I have probably like 100 accounts uh spreading across different Trends and I must admit I do have certain Google uh Google doc or War doc that literally just know store my my you know cies or my private key uh here and there because when I try to farm something really quick I don't have that much time to do like a really secure approach to manage my account right and on different chains uh so definitely you know in this like CH abstracted you know future um I can I can definitely see like uh it can both benefit professional user but especially like all the new user you know joining crypto right now uh they don't have to manage you know so many accounts so many keys and and then you know uh lost lost the private key at some point and and the account got hacked right uh so that's like one of the the the bigger benefits and I guess the other part is like you know will make near you know the best blockchain as you pointed out like near already has you know uh the most am user like actually more than the next four chains combined uh this is because you know like I Le the reason why I joined near all the way you know back in I guess like four years ago five years ago was because you know uh the the the the the superior performance I would say you know near pioner you know uh State sharding and you know they actually really launch to more sh because the amount of activity happening on chain uh near just have such like powerful stack also you know supporting da uh supporting like the modular blockchain uh approach uh so there just like really strong infrastructure to do it uh and one thing that I've been kind of wondering is that near already has you know uh more user than the next forchain combin uh when the market cap of near could actually be the next Fortune combine uh so that that's the that's the important question anyways I I'll let yeah I I'll let you know stany from linear to take or the question you just asked which is you know uh what's linear's next move uh and how is actually related to to chain abstraction yeah sure so um as I said um we are moving to raking uh and I also you know briefly explain you know what race taking is so the idea is to make race taking available you know to to asset holders other than East holders right we want you know we want to make you know R available to near holders to even son holders right or other any other type of you know lay one asset holders so how we going to do that you know it simply doesn't make sense to to rebuild the wheel you know on every chain right uh because you know there there so there is a u you know an infra built for a CH already and it can be largely reused you know for multiple assets and you know it simply doesn't make sense for us to rebuild you know what have been built you know on other chance so the idea is is actually to to utilize first of all the trust bridging between near and other chance to make the like to make passing messages you know between etherum and other chance you know trly and and fully decentralized so we will be so we will make it you know possible for smart contracts on a layer which is on etherum to actually send messages you know on eal contracts on Project like near um to let's say slash assets that are restate on or to you know calculate weights or do any type of other updates right so what that will allow is um is to is for users on near to just restake their near right they can just so by reaking near you know you can you know you can native restake or you can just stay linear into a contract which stays on near right so your asset stays on your chain um the whole time but after doing that your you know your RK asset will be subject to the uh you know the Authority or to the messages you know passed on from eum by the trust bridge and that and that architecture can be replicated to different ch um so near will be the first one and uh they and there are other chance on the RO map so why is it related to um to you know to to transction and overall nearest Vision so um first of all as I said um you know it doesn't really make sense you know to be be only able to restake one type of asset which is the serum right so we want multi chain multi asset restating because it simply makes sense this you know the future will be M you know will be multichain and second um with transaction right so we can actually so like linear relationship with trans with transaction is twofold so one um it is uh like lus infro is perfect for transaction to derive its security so right now now uh so I think you know Ed does really mention too much you know tech details but you know there will be an NPC network uh and a uh a multichain gas relayer Network you know to enable transaction so you know there there got to be a NPC Network you know which actually holds uh you know private Keys you know holds private keys for you on other chanels right and there will be a multi chain and know there will be a a a a multi chain gas relayer Network which you know execute to your intents and both INF can be decentralized and they should be decentralized and actually linear ring like multichain multi raking provid a perfect security model you know for such INF because near transaction is not only it's not only about near Orum you know it's about arent right in the future in our vision near will be the you know near transtion will be the the so FR end or the so you know end entrance you know for crypto users and in that Vision you know it's it's going to be about basically every CH and in that case it actually makes sense you know to secure the whole underlining network with you know with more assets right more than near more than ethereum but maybe like every asset that transaction is connecting and that vision and that is not possible right now and it's but linear infro will make that possible so linear actually provides a a very I'll say a I won't I won't say perfect but it's a it's it's a very suitable you know security model for Trans for transction and that's one side and the other side for uh trans for for for linear to work with transaction is actually on the it's actually on the application side so you know when you are actually like you know staking you're reaking assets you know from multiple chance you know there will be users who you know who need to manage you know their St assets you know on multiple ch and in that case CH Direction and CH signature will actually be the perfect you know tool for those type of multichain users to actually manage their multi chain reate portfolio so it's like you know uh transaction can use linear for security and in turn transaction will enable better user experience of modish and resing provided by linear and it's like a you know it's like a mutual a mutual UT re you know Mutual enhancing process that we are you know that we're just very excited to to sit on food yes I think yeah once it can goes to all chance and that will be super super impressive and incredible for sure all right so actually have one last question for myself and so what will be the impact of raking on near and chain obstruction do you mean what's the impact of uh impact of the race St on near yeah well I think yeah I think Stanley mentioned um the reaking is very powerful to provide kind of additional security as well uh for for services like NPC for layers but also it's a general framework to be able to launch offchain computation right and I think there's a lot of use cases we see right where blockchain is just not the right solution I think like there was a kind of a general push to try to put as much stuff on blockchain as possible yeah and it's just not the right uh approach and so instead you have an ability to run uh alternative nodes right be that you know storage nodes GPU compute or uh you know offchain workers uh processing you know documents oracles Etc that uh can leverage restake in to provide security to have a conditions for you know misbehavior of the nodes and not to have kind of to roll out your own consensus and your own uh kind of infrastructure and at the same time to not kind of put more work on existing you know node infrastructure of the blockchain and so I think that's that's a huge benefit it allows to like build a lot of use SC I mean we see obviously I layer kind of ecosystem exploding with ideas on what to do um I think the the huge benefit with chain obstruction is that uh and chain signature specifically the the cool thing about chain signature the signatures work not just for blockchains they actually work with anything that's cryptographically secure and you are able to you know you will be able to actually log in into uh some uh like you can like sign pgp for example with this technology so the Cur if the right curve is supported so there's kind of a interesting Direction where the things will start uh interact in a way where for example a uh restake nodes will be doing something then sending the transaction on chain to sign it that will you know for example do something on the other chain and then uh doing it the other way around as well you can for example authenticate a secure session with for example a bank by by nodes that are reaking and using chain signatures as a way to kind of uh manage the connection in a secure way that only they can decrypt right so there's like an interesting kind of Novel use cases of connecting with other cryptographic infrastructure uh that this allows that you know restake nodes will be able to do so yeah I'm just excited about kind of the use cases that are going to be coming out of this out of the Technologies yes yes yeah that's very nice actually I check I keep checking the questions from their uh from our users from our community it seems like okay yes we actually the gate community I believe they actually have very strong interest on the uh on the token ALR because I have no idea why you guys don't talking about it it's really impressive that it have already pumped like over 22% so i' I've checked a lot of questions and it's related to the elaborate on the mechanism behind the line a linear token and how does it enable users to earn higher and diversified yields by natively staking near so who wants to answer this question I guess it will be me um so uh well we don't we don't really talk about token probably that much you know we uh okay you know we we we we have in your head down building but I think uh like like there like there are things that I can say so um so first um you know actually previously liquid scking wasn't really a high profit margin business in general right because you know you just you know take the the asset from the users and then you give them a liqu receipt so um n taking per se right you know when it's not super big right you know it's um you know it doesn't it doesn't really give you a super high you know uh like profit you know um expectation uh like I don't know per right but I think the new narrative that changed everything so um you know we we didn't really launch linear when we first you know we didn't really launch the token you know when we launched lar back in 2022 because you know back then it was a pure you liquid sing protocol you know you was you know more or less like a public good you know for but uh right now you know with you know with new I say with new you know Trends being being found with new tech being enabled like reaking and with you know new narratives like transaction that nearest building you know we right now actually feel that you know linear you know has a just so much you know it's just it just has so much more potential than we originally thought right yeah and that's why we um you know we air drop token to you know to overlow your users um you know you say you know uh back in January so it's you know it's purely based on your you know the the amount of you know linear tokens you've been holding and and and the time you know you've been holding that right so it's said you know it's say I'll say you know we just want to reward the community and down the road um two things so first um the revenue stream you know by linear will just will multiply because you know previously linear is just a liquid protocol on near right the business the business model is super super simple but as we are you know steadily moving toward you know multi multi Rising I see the whole the whole story just just you know just changed right so it's you know you know it's not only about near it's going to be about every other you know layer one asset and also it's not about staking right like staking is simple you know you stake your asset you stake your near to to the node you get around 10% apy you stake eum you get 3.5% right that there's no much space for you to compete with your competitors but with RIS taking it's a totally different story so there will be thousands or tens hundreds of thousands of applications you know trying to get security from your risked asset and what type of asset you and which application will you choose right like what what applications will you you know will you you know um I'll say um encourage your users to to to provide security for like that's a highly Al highly you know it's a highly specific um skill set right you have to do a lot of you know risk uh you know risk assessing and you have to do a lot of U economic model and so re like the service provided by raking you know uh providers by raking protocols will be so much more so much richer you know than a pure liquid staking protocol so and in that case the revenue stream will just be so much more Diversified and actually just so much bigger than a pure staking protocol so that's one thing and second the governance power will be much more I meaningful you know than a pure staking protocol right so you know for staking you know we just you know we just choose the best validators you know we choose the best noes and then we just delegate tokens to them that's it right actually we you know we we launched our automated like automated um VI selection algorithm a while back and after that you know it's been running pretty well and you know to be honest there's not not that huge of you know of a space for improvement but when but when it comes to reaing you know governance becomes so important because as as you know as I said a ring protocol can provide all sort of services you know it can provide you know a 100 different portfolios you know for users to choose from and and they and and for you know for linear you know when we actually launch multi-asset raking you know we you know we can you know the governance will be able to determine what type of you know what type of applications you know uh like linear or lnr will um you know World widest you know to to to provide security and there will be just so so many more I'll say you know defy and also non defi U applications and uh I'll say uh and and and and and combinations you know enabled by raking so governance will be actually very very important in this case you know you know it's also about like you know liquidity distribution Etc so yeah I can only say you know Revenue streaming wise you know it's going to be so much stronger and on governance power uh side you know it's also going to be I'll say um very important so governance will be very important uh for theine down the road so I think those are the two things that that that that I can share right now and in future there will be more more detailed you know token mechanism explanation coming out it's just that right now it's a you know it's it's at early stage and we don't want to you know release any uh you know any unfinalized not finalized information so yes thanks thanks so since we can't like re like uh speak a lot about the tokens uh then I would just go back to choose the question um about linear protocol itself uh but to understand like more because you explained like earlier so what I understand is now um we can stake near token on linear and or the token called linear and then the the token called let me check it's called uh L andr it's actually the community governance token so that's the difference right or we or we also we can't talk about it either I think you just explain like okay which token is and you muted oh sorry yeah sorry yeah I was on mute so yeah I mean we can you know OB talk about linear token so that's like linear is just the liquid taking derivative you get after staking near um so right now that's you know that's still the only thing you can do with linear but soon you will be first stake your linear right so you by staking your linear token so you're you're R staking near because linear is already Stak near so by staking linear um you know you are you are actually reaking near and that restake near will be used to secure other applications right it's it's not used to secure near but it's going to be um use to secure all type of other other applications maybe you know even include transaction right so so so so so so that's the I'll say that's the first step and then we go multi chain right so we are we're going to enable so we're going to start with near but we're going to you know include other Assets in the future so in the future you know you you will be not only able to stake near or restake near with linear you know you you you can even you know like stake and restake salana or atom or whatever you know asset that you know that that the community you know deems that has the you know has the highest security uh that that has the highest potential you know we can move on to to include that so um yeah yes and in terms of like lnr emission and incentives you know we uh uh there will be more more more plans coming up so uh yeah yes really looking forward to that all right then okay so the second question I chose is from the user callede ghost on Twitter and uh he asked about how does the linear manage the delay delayed on staking and what are the potential consequences for users who choose this option I don't think yeah so okay yeah so so so when you're you know when you're on staking from a near node I mean Elia obviously knows much better uh than me on this point so there's a there's a delay you know you cannot immediately take your delegated near from a form a note right so there's going to be a think it's a a a one ebook uh delay right uh uh well it's three delay oh three delay right so yeah it's gonna so it's gonna you know uh it's GNA take you know from you know maybe uh one day or you know couple of hours you know for you to actually complete to to to unstake near from a node right so when you're choosing delayed unstaking you know you are actually asking linear protocal to just you know to just unstake your share of near from the node and then wait for that process to be completed and then you get near back right so so so that's delayed on staking but obviously you know if you want to get your near back immediately you can just you know just sell your linear right so because there is liquidity between linear and near token so you can just you know if your amount is not that big you can just sell the near and you can you know you can get near and the sage you know is actually quite quite minimal especially if you know if the amount is isn't too big so yeah that's the difference thank you so much and we talked about the the safety uh the safety topics before on the technical side I think this question is from the gate live uh live stream and it's also about security but he's more focus on the you know audit so can you provide details about any security audits conduct on your project how do you prioriti um prioritize and address potential vulnerabilities to ensure the safety of users fs and data I think you m standing yeah thought I was mut it again sorry um so yeah we uh yeah we got audited by by by boxc so that was I think that was a while back you know when the protocol was you know was first launched uh and then we are we I think we recently just uh just completed another round of uh of auditing by hacken uh yeah so it's already audited twice by by quite uh reputable um Auditors and you know like no no I mean no no big issues found and uh and all suggests are are are are addressed accordingly uh and with you know with linear Al adding more functionalities you know to the power there will be more audits um you know coming up so we will not publicly launch you know any functions that are that are not audited so yeah yeah thank you okay I'm actually trying to find some uh like interesting and some really important uh questions but it seems like you guys are building um I'm not I'm not gonna say on your own but I do it's actually the question is actually from me but I give meanwhile please give me more time to choose more like good questions but seems like you're building on yourself and you're keep building that um I just want to know like um do you guys have any you know uh plans to collaborate with other project maybe we can say okay so linear is combining with other projects like gamei or I don't know just like in my imagination right so you guys have the partnership you guys can work together I be you know I'll say like the use case uh of linear uh raking plus transaction is like I mean this just unlimited this literally you know infinite design space you know for for this model and we have just so many use cases that we can just integrate right as you know as a mention you know gaming right I think um um there are actually I'll say quite big triaa games you know that are planning to launch on here um I think so um and yeah like for you know with linear you know when we actually when we you know have that INF you know built out then um you can be actually use for buy any type of applications you know if it's a game and if you know if let's say you know if the game wants you know it's computation you know to be uh to be secured you know in some way or to be uh to be to to be collateralized you know if the game want you know want a dedicated um uh you know dedicated you know layer for is uh you know it's it's all use cases that can be that you know that can be secured you know by linear and again the uh the user experience can be just seamlessly taken over by trans by transaction so I think that's you know and I think that's the um you know that's the uh the end game that we have in our mind and like right now there's uh there's you know a couple Partnerships you know in our pipeline we just cannot really disclose them right now um yeah there are details to be finalized but um yeah I think you know in general there are just so many use cases and we're at a so early stage because we are just building infas ni is building infra and we're also building infra and there are just tons of use cases that can be integrated so yeah thanks so actually I think this uh can I think this question very concluding is because about M marketing so uh he think okay marketing is the central element to every project so that everyone knows the potential the project can bring is vital to achieving the goal set so what is your strategy for attracting new users and investors to your to linear and keep them longterm yeah um so we just build out the infro and then we um you know we do Partnerships so you know like you know like the partnership you know with you know with near of course and there and there will be more uh and I think you know right now crypto in general just lacks use cases just lacks applications and I think we we actually want to you know work on that so um yeah after so while we're building infro you know we we already you know I'll say re reaching out and talking to potential use cases and appications uh to build on theine near and also near so I think that's you know that's the way we do organic marketing because you know you just you know like posting a lot on Twitter can bring you you know three days hype but uh you know it's not going to sustain so we are trying to achieve you know is actually applications after applications you know to be built um on near you know just like near right like near is you know is lowy becoming the most used Chan you know in crypto right we have real like real applications um like cashing like you know like like s coin you know um that's whose users are using near like every day not like every second and I think that like that's that's a goal we have for linear too yeah thanks I definitely agree that yes sometimes I saw a lot of projects announcing partnership then about the details they can't tell us and we can't see so actually I do think that only okay only announced partnership on Twitter and I can't see any collaborations that's kind of you know useless so I believe you want to keep it uh you know in your way I believe it's a better way I believe it's a it's a good partnership so yeah okay so the next question I pick is actually from the uh Twitter this user called Tokyo so his question is about how does the linear handle the distribution of staking rewards and what factors influence the reward rates for users participating in the protocol um well right now it's actually pretty simple right so basic like all you know all uses near tokens are put together and you know dedicated to noes and then the nodes just just just you know I mean like near near near PS reward just accumulate you know block by block right and and then and that will be reflected on the uh on the on the near batters right of the whole linear protocol which will then be reflected on the the relative price between linear and and near so everyone every user is getting the same the same reward right uh and yeah yeah I think that's that's actually pretty pretty straightforward and down the road there will be there will be difference because you know with reaking um the reward token will be different right so you are probably getting token ABC from staking near um and then managing that will actually require a a very a whole different system uh and we're still working on that uh and I believe like you know even even AR was working on that and other those so-called LRT particles you know those liquid ring parles I right now you know they're they're also working on that so yeah I think that's a that's also a pretty a pretty big design space you
